I soon learned about how serious this is in St. Tammany Parish, pleading guilty, judge wanted to sentence me to a month in jail combined with a stiff fine and another proposed (120) hours community service along with the hefty fines. So of course I promptly retracted the guilty plea and hired Mr. Jerry Fontenot as my attorney for a very reasonable fee.
