My mom had an issue with mice and, from day one of their service I felt that they would handle it.....and they did. It was suggested that she replace her 60+ year old vents and that was also accomplished. The vents are more functional and they made the house look better. The bait traps that were set are working, we haven't seen any droppings and the house smells cleaner. The gentlemen who took care of everything were amazing, they were knowledgeable and transparent in their answers which put my mind at ease. I can now visit my mom without any concerns. Everything else was awful. 1. Bryan knew the entire time he was doing my job that I planned to submit an insurance claim to cover most of the costs. I can prove with texts and emails that he knew this. He never said a thing until the end of the job when he handed me my bill and then just casually goes, "I doubt insurance will pay for this kind of work. I've never seen them pay out for [these kinds of issues] before." And of course he was right. So I had to scrape and scramble and move money to cover the total and it wiped my whole emergency cushion fund. When I asked him to give me a couple days to get the money together without having to borrow any, he said no, not possible, even when I begged for just 24 hours more. I believe he intentionally misled me with his silence for the duration of the work he did on my home and then had no compassion or patience when I struggled to pay at the end of the job after he let me believe that insurance would cover most of it. I truly believe that he let me hire him knowing I thought insurance would cover most of it because he knew I couldn't hire him if I had to pay out of pocket, and then just planned to squeeze me for the total due at the end of the job, which is exactly what happened. And if all that shadiness wasn't bad enough, get this... 2. The work he and his team did was to wrap my downstairs AC ducts (in my living room ceiling) to stop them from sweating in the summer, and then they fixed the drywall that the sweating had damaged. Well guess what. It's hot out again and guess whose ceiling is sweating with drywall and paint leaking from her living room ceiling? MINE! So the work he did under false pretenses wasn't even good work, because my ceiling is doing the exact same thing now that it had been doing when I hired him in the first place. But there's more! 3. A worker of his named Will admitted to peeping on me while I showered one day when Bryan and Dillon had gone to another job. I have all of this in text. (Will has since been fired [for other reasons].) Dishonest pay practices. Shoddy work. Shady creepy employees. If I could go back in time and NOT hire Fisher's Home Pros, I would. Now I want my money back and Bryan is not responding to my texts. Literally leaving me on Read. Steer clear of Fisher's Home Pros!!!

For context, we had been using another pest control service already and we were unhappy with the quality of the service. When he arrived he started with a very thorough inspection and ended up explaining in detail how the pest control works and how they tell if you have a problem. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable. After the inspection he explained to us that what our other pest control service had been doing for us was actually a good job, and that he didn't want to steal us from another company. My wife and I are from up north so our expectation for how many pests we should see was too optimistic. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection as he wanted to give me time to confer with my wife before we switched services completely. Anyways, we will be switching to Mikes service due to the flexibility of scheduling, as well as the price is the same cost as our other company and we feel we will be getting a higher quality with a more personable approach.
