He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Highly recommend.

My mom had an issue with mice and, from day one of their service I felt that they would handle it.....and they did. It was suggested that she replace her 60+ year old vents and that was also accomplished. The vents are more functional and they made the house look better. The bait traps that were set are working, we haven't seen any droppings and the house smells cleaner. The gentlemen who took care of everything were amazing, they were knowledgeable and transparent in their answers which put my mind at ease. I can now visit my mom without any concerns. I want to thank the team for their service and for being patient and caring when talking with my 93 year old mother. She has said on several occasions how nice and helpful everyone was. Thank you all, it was worth every penny.

No matter what products were used, the problem continued to escalate. I knew it would be pointless to call on companies that contract, because their methods are to use weak solutions over a long period of time to lure lots of money from their customers. A relative told me how effective Arrow Pest Control's one-time treatments were, so I decided to give it one last try. Within three weeks, all of the roaches were a thing of the past! It is so rewarding to not see those creepy, filthy critters moving about my premises. Arrow Pest Control has made my home a pleasant place to reside.

This review was transcribed word by word by me. However the words are from a wasp (we'll call him…read more"Larry", he was too angry to tell me his real name) who was attempting to get into my home. These guys are horrible. They come frequently...even when we think we're in the clear. I mean I had my guys do some intel on them and clearly it was bad. They're only supposed to come four times a year. However, I'm coming to suspect that the "home owners" must be in cahoots with the pest people. I'm not paranoid but every time I show up with my friends, the pest people come out here. I need to get a wire tap and fire those responsible for my intel. I should've known better than to hire those cats who live inside. Anyways, this company likes to be thorough and they like to use each other as resources when they aren't fully sure of an answer or need to recommend a solution. Which, if I could just rant for a minute....Mark found my favorite entry way into the house today. It used to be through some windows but then they caulked the windows. My next best place was getting into the basement and navigating my way through some vents that lead into the home. It was quite the journey but so worth it! They ruined everything. They sprayed in the basement now and it would be suicide to go in there again. These pest guys are the worst, they even look for my nests on the outside of the house. Last year they took out my summer home under the deck. So, if you don't get yourself some pest guys, like this place, I'll be moving in with you real soon! If it suits my needs, I'll let the cockroaches...er the "palmetto bugs" know too. Yeah, it's a community thing...kinda like that Next Door app you all use.

Not sure of the office location. It's Orkin in my area :…read more I'm not feeling confident about trusting Orkin right now. They offered a free attic inspection -- and I later learned they also do free crawl space inspections. The technician, Chris, came out, went up into the attic, and came back down with several photos. When I asked him to email the pictures to me, he said he would. I've made that same request twice to the office since then, and I still don't have the photos. During the visit, he pointed to marks in the pictures and said they were "signs of pests." He also pointed out a tiny hole in the insulation, claiming it was pest-related -- though honestly, it was so small that only a bug could fit through. His recommendation was to remove all of the attic insulation, treat for pests, reinstall new insulation, and cover the outside vents -- for a total of just over $4,000. I haven't seen or heard any evidence of pests in my attic -- no scratching, no droppings, nothing. Yet I can't reach Chris, and the office still hasn't sent me his report or photos. So I'm left wondering: was Orkin being honest about an infestation, or did the technician just make a big claim and move on?
