They give you a list of things to do after class and before you can take your drivers test. In that time the staff responds to emails so fast, the phones are answered all the time, sometimes busy but if you leave a voicemail they will call back extremely fast. 100% will have my other kids and friends take this program with a+!

The issues we had with this place: The classroom instruction, although adequate , but student didn't care personally for the teacher. Behind the wheel portion of the instruction was awful. They kept stringing us along with "You must complete a BTW class before you can schedule the next one." Well, OK, the catch was that there were scarcely any BTW classes to sign up for! This continued for too long with no progress beyond the first BTW that we decided to cancel our package. They promised a refund check for the remaining unused portion but it took multiple calls over 6 weeks and "the check is in the mail" until finally it was resolved. Stay away from this toxic dis-organization.

And I have to stay here since my daughter will need to change from ballet shoes to tap shoes in the middle of the training. Ms. Holly is excellent with the kids. I think it is because of the way she talks. She is full of energy. You can hear her through the closed to door going "One and two and ......" . My daughter loves it, so she is here with me. Hopefully when I get old I can use this to guilt trip her and have her sneak booze for me at the retirement home :)
