A Heartfelt Goodbye and Thank You…read more Today was our son Tony's last day before he starts kindergarten, and we couldn't leave without sharing our gratitude for the incredible team at our local KinderCare center. In light of tragic circumstances that have made it difficult for many to trust, the protection and care that Ms. Caity Lee and her team provided us means that much more. Over the past nearly six years, KinderCare became a part of our lives, and we became a part of theirs. From birthday parties to center events, there was always laughter and genuine care. The team at this location means so much to us, and we will forever be grateful for the friends Tony has made, the teachers who have inspired him, and the amazing education Tony received. We no longer see it as a daycare, but as the true development center it is. There have been so many people who have touched our lives there, and most recently, Ms. Anu was amazing, taking on a group of kids who have been together since their early months. Their app to send updates is awesome. No complaints about any of the teachers. Caity the director and Jenny the assistant director have been easy to contact and have been flexible if there were changes to pick up or drop off. My kiddo learns a lot here and I get updates with conferences. As a family member of someone who did home daycare I am so impressed with this center and can't imagine my kiddo elsewhere.

My experience was very intimidating and intense. I was so happy or find that everyone at Gleason was so welcoming. My daughter has gone to the 3 and 4 year old classes. They do a great job of incorporating gymnastics fundamentals in a fun way. What may seem like a fun activity to them might be preparing them for vaulting or to dismount off the bars. I even took some adult tumbling classes. They were accommodating to all skill levels. Plus they made sure each level was appropriately challenged without feeling like they were holding anyone back. Registration and payments are made easy with an online portal and I love that they have ample parking.

As a parent, the only hope you have for your child is that they are in an environment where they are safe and loved.... our family has received so much more. Considering that the same teacher that left my daughter in the same diaper all day (6+ hours and…read morethe policy is one hour after arrival and then every two hours), that after addressing this issue another instance with her not being changed happened again, she wasn't offered food just because she was excited and wouldn't sit down at the moment another instance, wasn't dressed properly for extremely cold weather for another, had dried poop on her with no explanation, and got a black eye with having no clue of what happened.....all within a two month span. RUN! I would NOT recommend. The most disappointing thing about it is that the Director maintained this staff member. Now would you have your kids watched by someone that has done these things? If a teacher will do this to one child, they will do it to another. Considering that I was a staff at this center makes this even more appalling. It's extremely disappointing that from upper management that child safety and providing good quality care is not the priority, the very thing that they preach about. A bit of advice....if an instance happen, make them document EVERYTHING! I called and reported them to the staff....and if there is not cold hard proof (and this center does not have cameras) they will lie to avoid being reprimanded by the state. Working in childcare myself.....these things that happened were negligent and many directors would fire a staff having had all these things happen to a child. Just saying. Customer service is terrible above the management at the center. they wouldn't even offer anything for the horrible experience....even though I stayed with kindercare and moved my kids To another center. the very thing I requested ( a discount on learning adventures classes) they wouldn't do and she was nasty about it too. When speaking with the district manager (name starts with B) when i was complaining on how nothing was done, she found herself raising her voice at me telling me "There is no proof". Even though the teacher apologized for doing those things.....right! Smh 0 stars from me.
