I cannot recommend Full Service Heating & Air Conditioning based on my recent experience…read more I called for an after-hours diagnostic because my rooftop HVAC unit stopped cooling. Before the technician arrived, I explained that the unit had not received routine maintenance since our previous HVAC contractor retired and that the filters likely needed to be replaced. The technician spent short amount of time on-site before leaving. Shortly afterward, the AC worked for 10 mins and stopped working again. I called and texted the company, and they told me someone would return on Saturday. What concerns me is that no one informed me there would be additional charges for the return visit. I was never asked to approve another labor charge before the technician came back. The invoice ultimately included: * $195 diagnostic/trip fee * $97.50 labor * $260 additional labor for the Saturday return visit In my opinion, a flat-rate diagnostic should result in a complete diagnosis of the problem. Instead, the first visit failed to identify or resolve the issue, requiring a return trip that I believe was simply a continuation of the original service call. The invoice notes themselves indicate extremely dirty filters, dirty condenser and evaporator coils, and a high-pressure shutdown issues that were not communicated as a complete diagnosis during the initial visit. I am disputing these charges because: * The initial diagnostic did not resolve or fully diagnose the problem. * I was not informed or asked to authorize additional charges before the return visit. * I believe the billing does not reflect the service that was actually provided. Due to this experience, I have decided to hire another HVAC company and have asked Full Service Heating & Air Conditioning not to perform any further work at my property. I hope the company reviews its communication practices and billing procedures so future customers know exactly what to expect before additional charges are incurred.

It was sure nice to not have to deal with an answering service. The All American crew is top notch. I would buy anything shiny from him just because I trust him that much. I'm sure glad that I stopped to talk to him at the county fair a few years ago.

We had a failure of a Marine Air compressor on our boat as we were passing through the area. Naturally, the failure was on a Friday at the end of the business day. I left a message on Lee's business number fully expecting a Monday return call. However, he called back that evening. Given the symptoms, we were in agreement the the compressor had failed. I was able to supply a picture of the nameplate for his information. First thing on Monday when his distributor opened he called me back with a very reasonable price for the compressor and estimate for his hours. On top of that, he was able to meet up with us n Monday, now in Port Washington, to remove the unit so that he could replace the compressor in his shop. By mid-day Wednesday we had the replacement installed and working. All through the process Lee kept us informed and worked around our schedule. I whole-heartedly recommend him for this type of work.

As I listen to my dog snoring, I'll recant the wonderful experience with this family owned business at my new apartment in the Northern WI suburbs I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. Between my dog and I, we drink about 80- 20 ounce bottles each week. It was getting embarrassing; but we couldn't drink the well water even after boiled it! We just weren't hardy enough! Our poor little citified tummies couldn't take it! I researched and found an undersink mounted filter that my landlord happily approved. However, I'm new in town. My "go-to" plumber doesn't service this area and none of my friends could help me. I asked the property manager and she stated I could check with their contractor. I was shocked when Bublitz agreed to come out and help me. Their work was wonderful. They were courteous and professional. The pricing was fair. The worker was in and out quickly no stalling and trying to run up a big bill. Because they knew the property
