The tip box is in the lobby, so you don't feel pressured to shell out extra bucks. What I didn't like: For a wash, wax, undercarriage spray, mat vaccuming and interior wipe, Frank's charges $18. Isn't that a bit steep for Lima? My interior paneling was left dusty, and my trunk had water spots. Also, with the lobby tip jar, I couldn't base my tip on the job that was done.

And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost?
