The customer service varies, but it's usually pretty darn good. This store is different because of its location. That's about it. The store is clean, and the customer service is good. There's a pharmacy, photo printing section, and all the common accoutrements. Overall, Walgreens are everywhere, and there a good place to get an assortment of needed items in a hurry. Where do you run out of TP, or picking up a water or two for the road, Walgreens is a trusted name, and you know what to expect.

It took almost an hour for a simple oil change, I'm still not exactly sure why? Now I have to say the men that were actually WORKING on my car were wonderful but, (I'm assuming) their boss was EXTREMELY rude and downright unprofessional. He was clearly upset that my car was taking forever/complicated apparently even going as far to talk bad about it to the customer in the other bay, as if it was my fault? Physically taking his anger out on a cabinet by breaking the door off and throwing it while yelling cuss words. I actually felt a little scared at this point. Brookys is everything you could want and expect in a gas station/carry out/garage with a drive through and a decent pizza (and other hot menu items). If you're not from the area, getting your pizza at a gas station may sound ridiculous. But trust me, it's worth the experience. And pick it up in the drive through for the full experience. One of three places you can order a pizza in Glandorf, Ohio...that's an economics case study right there.
