This is taking away a childs rights. They over diagnose kids so that they dont have to deal with them in a general education class. Leaders pressure parents and bully. Several dropped ieps of kids who need a little extra help because of how they handle things. I used to speak nightly of kaneland schools. Now I'm embarrassed that my children have to be in this district.

DeKalb is too close to be considered a road trip if you are headed to NIU but it is also too far to go for anything that is not extremely important. State gymnastics is important so I had to make the trek out west. This is a nice new facility that is, in my opinion, in the middle of nowhere. Supposedly this is a relatively new school that was made to accommodate the growing population in this area. Again, I don't understand who lives out here but I guess whatever floats your boat. The field house had 22 basketball hoops with several scoreboards and new speaker system in the viaducts. There is a separate gym just across from the field house where I imagine they host their varsity sporting events.
