It was the longest round and least enjoyed I've ever played. So I'd saw play at your own risk.

There were lots of hills and lots of different views of the other holes and surrounding meadows. If you you like to walk (and you're not in shape like a WSU cougar) this might not be the course for you. The greens and tees are often 100+ yards apart and require walking up steep hills.

I don't remember his name but he gave me some fantastic golf lessons. The lessons were inexpensive and very professional. He will teach you how to do just about anything regarding golf. He'll even give you recommendations on equipment if you are unsure. They keep this place looking absolutely gorgeous. They are very inexpensive as well - a bucket of balls is just a few dollars. This is a wonderful place to practice as well. The land is very spacious and well kept thanks to that awesome greenskeeper. I recommend this golf club to anyone - especially those who want to learn and are afraid of being judged. No one will judge you here because the staff believe in moral support and lots of practice.

Later I saw both of them in the bar together getting drunk. A friend reminded me that they have a dress code so I made sure to call ahead to make sure I was in compliance. Bring your A game and your imagination. There's every kind of shot you can think of. Uphill,…read moredownhill, side hill with the ball above your feet or side hill below your feet. Fairways are narrow. Straight drives are necessary. Greens are small and hard to hit and hold. Luckily there are only a few bunkers because the course is hard enough. Hole 7 if you feel lucky you can tee up and hit your drive to cut the corner of a orchard fence and end up in the fairway shortening the length of the hole. Never a dull moment on this course.

For what it is, it's great! Basically your own private course. It's rare to see more than 2 or 3…read morepeople out at the same time. Jared who runs the joint is a great guy to hang and talk to before or after a round. The greens are well kept and challenging although the fairways are a bit rough - but then again you have to realize that this is a VERY small town farm course. Nobody should expect perfection out of this course. I only wish you could grab a beer after - they should really add a cooler!
