Needless to say I was very disappointed with the food experience and paying what I paid makes it criminal!!! Did I set the bar too high??? We rented the suite for two nights and then we rented two conjoining rooms for two nights. We also paid for 10 water park tickets. Night one we get into the room and as I unpacked the groceries I noticed the fridge hadn't been cleaned. I was in a hurry so I just wiped it out with the soap and sponge they provided. I got to the table to start setting up the table cloth and found blood all over it. Next I used the bathroom and the trash can under the sink hadn't been changed. We sat down on the couch to hook up our fire stick and found a bra just lying under the corner table. The prices keep going up and up and the quality keeps going down. I am convinced they don't clean rooms. You can't miss blood, a bra, the fridge, and the trash. The waterpark no longer runs tabs. Every single time you want a cocktail you have to track down the member of your group who has the locker key so you can grab your wallet. So for a four day trip you are up and down those stairs to get to the locker non stop. They also don't do shots. So if you want to have a quick shot and then go back to the waterslides ..... you can't. You have sit there and down an entire drink. It was so much better when they ran your card and left it on file for the day. The rules keep growing and the quality is tanking.

Tee markers are there sort of sometimes. The fairways are, not joke, cow pastures on hills. So many dandelions in bloom or in seed finding my ball mid fairway was a challenge. ( Ball color made no difference ) I have run mowers on golf courses and IMO these fairways had not been cut since 2025. The greens, on the other hand, were in good ( Not great ) condition. Let me say, I am by no stretch a golf course snob. I truly love Colfax, St. John, Orofino and a list of other 9 hole 'rural' golf courses. This is not a private club; I get it. But if you don't have the staff to run a fairway mower, at the very least let players know BEFORE they pay and play. Summary: This left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The "host" could/should have offered to refund my money after he interviewed me. Conclusion: The photos on the web site are very unfair for potential customers. Will I return in the summer or 2026? I'm on the bubble. The Owners need to know this experience. I doubt this facility is a cash cow. Keep this shit up and it will return to a dairy farm. (No pun intended; clever though, huh?)

Fairways are narrow. Straight drives are necessary. Greens are small and hard to hit and hold. Luckily there are only a few bunkers because the course is hard enough. Hole 7 if you feel lucky you can tee up and hit your drive to cut the corner of a orchard fence and end up in the fairway shortening the length of the hole. Never a dull moment on this course.

Everyone pays the same amount of money to golf and 9 times out of 10, Mr Needy won't tip as well as the non-needy parties. Regardless, everyone deserves the same amount of advice and attention. I informed the group behind us so that they would know it was not us holding up play. There was absolutely no consideration at all for backing up the course. It was the longest round and least enjoyed I've ever played. So I'd saw play at your own risk.
