The gentleman at the counter had me go into my Amazon account and cancel the return saying this is how it's done. Well. It's not and I couldn't return my mower. He got the owner who said I had to call amazon. Nothing they can do. I said he should be fired. She said it's only his 3rd day. Ok. Then why wasn't he being supervised? She told me that I'm rude and to call amazon. Nothing they can do. I am short on free time and desperately need my refunded money. This was the worst customer experience. Do not go here.

Terrible customer service I came in to ship two packages and they had an attitude because my…read morepackages were not taped however, every other location does not charge you for tape. It's just sad this store, nickels and dimes you. I then stated that I needed to refuse a package and there's no longer any UPS location only UPS stores or Access points. The bald gentleman was very rude and said well it's not gonna go anywhere and I said well I'm just doing what customer service told me to do. I then said I will just go to a different location because apparently you do not care about your customers and this is just a nickel and timing situation and has not been a great experience nor have I been treated professionally and the bald gentleman started yelling. what the hell ma'am and going off I will be making sure I call Corporate . This was extremely unpleasant.
