Nathan told me that he would have the job completed by the end of July. 8/7/23 I reached out to him to find out a timeline. He said it will be another two weeks at most but not to be pushed out beyond that. 8/28/23 he asks if he can set up, I say of course anytime. 8/29/23 he set up a scaffolding around 8am. 10:30am that same day he tells me the bricks needed are a special order and would take another week or two. I agree to wait. 10/13/23 I ask him about the brick order. 10/14/23 He says he forgot about me and will check with the brick supplier. I say ok. 10/15/23 he says he dropped the ball on things with the brick supplier, but will let me know in the morning on the situation. 10/16/23 in the afternoon I ask him what he found out. 10/24/23 I call the brick supplier to find out, they have had no contact with Nathan for a while. I then message Nathan and tell him that due to winter near, I'd just like my deposit back and revisit things in the spring. Nathan then tells me that the brick supplier is able to get the bricks and they are on the way. I call the brick supplier back to find out they still haven't talked to him. I told Nathan I would like my deposit back. He agreed. 11/22/23 I ask for my money again. He said he can only pay half right now. I said I need my full deposit back by 12/1/23 or I will have to contact my lawyer. 11/30/23 Nathan takes down the scaffolding and tells me he will drop off a check in the morning. He never did. 12/3/23 As of current, he has made no contact with me or paid a cent back.

We have a difficult sloping to the backyard, but he was an expert at making sure the patio was level and had appropriate drainage. From the demolition to putting in gas lines, stairs, concrete, and electrical, Zach made sure everything was taken care of. We love the unique design and colors recommended, and already have another job scheduled with ACS for a custom fire pit. The price of this concrete job was half the bid we received for pavers. Our home was completed 8/21. Slab for garage service door settled. The solution was lifting slab…read morewith skid fork and push concrete chunks, rock, and dirt under to fill voids. Result was new settling and water now leaks from under door sill. Patio slab has settled in the center causing standing water. Garage doors. Floor slab is ground out under doors causing the astragal (the rubber seal) to not seal properly allowing air flow into the heated garage. We have to play around to get the door to seal most of the winter.

No one said anything to us as we waited to see if they'd move, so finally squeezed into the garage. Upon exiting the garage, we mentioned to the driver that he was blocking the garages and he says, "Can't you see I'm doing something?" We told him it's probably best not to park in front of peoples garages at rush hour and he told us to "fuck off, fat bitch" and we went inside. I'm not sure if these men were on the clock or what, but both displayed completely inappropriate behavior.
