The first time they came they finished the shingles and gutter but didn't even touch the spot we suspected was the cause of the leak. They came back once more and patched a few more spots which STILL leaked. We were patient and understood it can be a guessing game. We called once more and they said they would send a guy out Monday or Tuesday. Those days passed and nothing. We called again and they said a guy claimed he came to finish the job and no one actually did. We've now been calling and messaging several times a week and they're no longer answering or responding, just completely ghosted us.
