Went to pick up my prescription today (30/4/15), and stood patiently to be served like I would normally do, the place wasn't too busy and I was the only one stood at the counter. There were several staff members behind the counter doing different things and one member of staff at the front of the counter, I waited for her to Finnish what she was doing, which i didn't think it would take too long, but still i waited as she seemed to be doing something. Anyway, 10 minutes had gone by and she didn't even ask if i was waiting or needed any assistance, at that point i was wondering if i was invisible, as i was only standing about 8 ft away from where she was, but then at that point a customer walked in and went straight to the counter and she asked that customer how can i help you? I thought is this a joke! then i walked right unto the counter in shock and disbelief, then by the time i was going to complain about it, one of the other staff members came over to ask the customer that had just walked in are you being served? (which he was) then I replied in frustration Can i be served please???. I felt completely ignored and let down, Completely unacceptable service from a pharmacy, now looking to find a different pharmacy for my monthly prescription. read more
