I was in tears the day of my first appointment. The post cancer medication I take has horrible side effects and had me desperate. Dr. Bramer has done an amazing job of helping me tackle each problem. Vertigo, Nausea , neck pain, lower back pain, all over body aches. I warned him that the three week cycle of meds took a terrible toll on me. The issues didn't appear. I was fine and I'm thrilled. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I never had to wait too long to start therapy, I would be in and out within an hour generally.

The worse place I have been to. Seems that in order to get a better service you must walk in without insurance. I came for my first time and even though I have insurance the office wants to charge what they want and take advantage of my insurance to charge me $125 for my consultation. When my insurance pays them and covers my X-rays and consultation plus I have an HRA that covers such fees and they said sorry you need to pay we can't see you and they literally said sorry but you either pay or we can't see you. The only reason I came to this office was because a friend recommend it because their reviews are horrible. But I said if she recommends them they have to be good but nope they are horrible they turn away new customers with a smile. We will give them credit for that but I can go to my old chiropractor in Clermont and pay $50 for an adjustment and therapy without insurance which to me it's crazy that they want to charge me for something my Excellent insurance covers. Don't recommend them and won't come back here ever. Will stick to not going to a place with 2 stars. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS I WANT TO BLEED MONEY$$$ I eventually was led hear after trying to do Burn Fat Orlando in Sanford. What an unusual experience I've had with Burn Fat Orlando!! Did you know that there is NOT a BFO office in Sanford ... ? I also wonder why do I get calls from the same employees at BFO but there are about 8 different phone IDs? BFO wanted me to pay $3,300.00 up front!! Not from me. I'm special. I got it for $976. BTW, there is NO recourse if you are dissatisfied. They made these pie in the sky promises to me about losing over 40 pounds in three months! Read their fine print! There was no recourse or actual correction of BFO mistakes. They sold me a digital scale with Bluetooth capability so that I can log in on their website and see my Body Composition Analysis. But it has never worked as promised and has never been corrected and the employee blames it on me doing it wrong until I bring my computer to a weigh in. Then she reports that the IT Dept at BFO will fix it in a couple days - Be Patient. This broken record out of her mouth has played for weeks and months. And then I was told, "Look, you lost your 20 pounds. That's all we guarantee. Would you write us an online review?" Who am I? I am the customer. I paid BFO my hard earned money. I went in for the free neuropathy screening advertised on FaceBook due to my off and on symptoms of tingling toes and stiff lower legs. Although their initial scans to my feet and arms did not show a lack of circulation their xray of my spine showed deterioration according to "Dr. Dany Castellanos" (during the follow-up visit, Monday July 21, 2023). I brought my husband along as requested and was eventually sold a $10,000 plan which consisted of 24 in-office visits for massages along with a nutrition package and 2 tens-like units (for at home Anodyne Pro-Infrared therapy) as well as a foot bath (for at-home rebuilder therapy). After signing with Care Credit ($5000 loan) and a credit card payment ($5000) my husband and I signed 3 documents (one of which was the contract) Dr Dany hastily said he would include the same plan for my husband, a partially paralyzed disabled Veteran (two for the price of one). I specifically asked for a copy of the contract and was given an envelope with paperwork inside. My first in-office visit was to be Thursday (July 24) but I was unable to go in due to being overcome with what seemed like strep throat after giving myself two of the Anodyne treatments which require a bare foot be placed on a felt pad. One of the product warnings was to not use the equipment on more than one person because any illness could be transfered from user to user. To make a long story short, when I looked through the paperwork in the envelope, the contract I signed was missing. When I requested it, I was told that I could not get a copy but at my insistance, I was given a bogus copy with agreed upon details missing. I am now seeking a refund via the court system. read more

My experience was awful. I went to the Apopka location and was seen by Dr. Garcia who did my adjustment and someone who just went by "Dr. Dany" so I'm not sure of his last name. First red flag: I requested a female chiropractor before even scheduling the appointment and was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. Flash forward to my appointment, Dr. Dany began asking me why I would be more comfortable with a female chiro than a male before pressuring me into going with Dr. Garcia instead because according to him that chiro would be "more gentle". Second red flag: I'm in my twenties and never been in a serious accident so of course I was shocked when Dr. Dany told me that my xrays showed some serious issues. He then attempted to sell me on a rehab program that would cost over 1k, could NOT be run through my insurance, and needed to be paid UP FRONT before starting. When I explained that I didn't have that kind of money he essentially turned into a used car salesman, offering to give me an exclusive discount and telling me not to tell anyone about it. After all that I decided I needed to get a second opinion. I went to Shant Wellness and saw the chiropractor there who informed me that I'm not in need of serious rehab and that she had heard from more than one client about the malpractice at the St. Germain Apopka location. The receipt says Next Medical Florida. St. Germain and the Dr that adjust met are in Network except for Next Medical Florida!!! Even my insurance is confused and concerned. Dr. Jesus Ortiz helped me recover from my injuries. I had neck, back and a shoulder injury and he was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having. He was very caring and attentive through out the process. His staff, Loraine and Jessica and Madeline were very attentive and helpful during all my treatments. You will know exactly what I mean once you visit this office for yourself. I have had to see a chiropractor for many years due to a car accident I had when I was younger. I saw Dr. St Germain years ago. After a couple of visits, we were invited to bring a family member and go to a presentation. Dr. St Germain proceeded to tell us how he had, with God's help, cured people of heart disease, cancer, etc. When a patient questioned the doctor and tried to leave, he found that the door was locked. Then someone quickly escorted him out another way. After the doctor finished his BS, we met with a nurse that attempted to sign us up for a long and expensive plan. I reported the doctor to a board of chiropractors but got no response. He is a scam artist. read more

This is not a chiropractor who cares about his patients. The dr as well as his office staff are only out for money. I would not refer anyone there unless they want to be harassed for more and more appointments using health scare tactics as well as having their insurance grossly overbilled. Dr and staff push and push for appts especially with their massage therapist. Massage costs 55.00 for 15 min but the therapist sets timer and gives patient a total of 7.5 minutes! When your insurance stops paying you then get graduated by the doctor to an "elite" status and he offers you a so called discount membership to his cult. Him or his office will not tell you your insurance has been exhausted and that they have sucked it dry. They don't give u a receipt after each treatment showing what services u received causing the patient to get caught up in their disorganized chaos if there is any kind of dispute. The doctor will not review your xrays with you until you sit through his 2 hour seminar with other patients about how he can cure heart disease and other ailments as well as how insurance companies are evil. He refers a lot of patients to banks to get loans to pay for ongoing excessive treatment plans. One of his staff didn't even take my weight correctly she was 17 Pounds off and I went back to her after my appt to take it correctly a second time so that my record could be corrected with accurate information. I went to Dr. St. Germaine's clinic to find out about his weight loss system. After sitting through a 15 minute video, I was told that I would need to pay $27 (normally $99!) to find out about my personalized program. They wouldn't tell me how much the program would cost going forward, so I paid the $27 to find out. To lose 20-40 pounds in 40 days, I would have had to pay over $1800!!! JUST for the first 40 days! And they came to that conclusion just by putting me on a scale that measured my body fat and water percentage. I have the same scale in my bathroom. Very shady tactics. read more

So, desperate to lose weight, I made the FREE appointment to see Dr. St Germain, set up a time and drove the 1 hour to get there and was about 10 minutes early for my appointment. His staff was very nice. Well, I filled out the paperwork while a big TV in the waiting room continuously ran patient after patient of his success stories. Well after waiting about 30 minutes of listening to all those people talk (twice through), Ramon came to get me and took me to a room with a computer and a monitor. He asked a couple of questions, and turned on the video presentation by Dr. St. Gemain. This presentation is a big sell job on his advanced treatment for weight loss. it took about 30 minutes. Afterward I sat waiting about 10 minutes by myself and low and behold Dr. St. Germain walked by the glass door. Wow, he was like 50 pounds overweight. Big gut hanging over his belt. Well he never came in, but Louise did and talked a bit about the program and explained to continue I had to pay $27 for an initial screen.(so much for that free evaluation advertised on the radio). Well I paid it because it was supposed to be an advanced computerized evaluation. Well, they had me stand barefoot on a glass scale and then get off. Put my shoes on and then off to another small room alone with a computer screen. Louise came in in about 10 minutes with my evaluation. it was a BMI with some numbers that could not possibly been measured on that scale. The numbers represented percent body fat, percent water and other items that are clinical, but were never measured. Looks to be estimated. Louise(now I'm thinking timeshare saleswoman) tells me that the program is 15% diet and 85% technology. Supposedly they put 5 electrodes on your fingers and can determine hormone levels in your body and determine diet based on that. (horse pucky.... bet the FDA would love to hear about that instrument.) Well then she explains after I asked, that the diet part is 500 to 700 calories a day of fruits and veggies. You get to come back for visits 4 times in the 40 day program for evals. Hey, if ANYONE can cut down to 500 calories a day, then they will lose 20 pounds in 40 days. Then for the final blow: The cost: $1,866.00 for the 40 day program!!! Holy crapola! I want to lose the weight, but I can go on a starvation diet for free folks. (there is a lot of info i left out, that was really unnessary to talk about) So beware of this radio charlatan. (Oh and BY the way: I NEVER got to talk to the Dr himself) read more

This clinic is only out for money from your PIP insurance. As soon as you arrive for your appointment, they have a gentleman that all he does is find out if you have an attorney or they will refer you to one. They also attempt to get you to sign paper work that makes Dr. St. Germain your power of Attorney. When my insurance company sent me a copy of the bill, it showed charges of 2,000.00. Really for just one visit. I also had previous surgery that they were aware of and I have metal hardware and nerve irritation that the Dr. Was aware of. They placed me on a stretching table and caused me excruciating pain. Please, please stay away from this clinic because they are ambulance chasers. I am a Law Enforcement officer and I refuse to participate in deceptive and dishonest care as well as over charging my insurance company. There are honest and good doctors who are very ethical in their business practices but this is not one of them. The whole experience left me appalled and disgusted. I could not agree more with Stacy S. This so called "Dr." and his staff are a complete JOKE!!!! I feel soooo stupid for not doing my research before making an appt. I have never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to expect. I should have known something was a little fishy when they charged me for 4 visits that I had not even scheduled yet. After this again...so called "Dr." plays head games with you for 4 appts, making you feel like you are going to die without his help, sits me down and goes over a payment plan with me. They had the nerve to ask me for $4200 upfront for my " intensive care treatment" because if I didn't receive this treatment...basically I would die. After telling the "Dr." and his staff that that was not an option, they still push the next visit on me. They would not let me leave until I scheduled the next appt. I have to give him credit where credit is due...he is an excellent con man and I really hope this helps someone else before they make the same mistake I did. read more
