    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WINNER TRANSPORTATION LIMOUSINE…read more I EXPLICITLY booked a LIMOUSINE for pickup at the airport. I even asked the guy if the limousine had glasses inside his response was "absolutely". What we ended up getting was an dirty SUV, without glasses or anything. We paid $128 for this crap! It was a 20 minute ride from the airport, to the liquor store, to Harrah's resort. We were willing to pay for that price if it was a limousine but definitely not a dirty SUV without glasses! (Mind you the ONLY good thing about this experience was how pleasant and nice the driver was). When we called the company to say we did not ask for an SUV we asked for a limousine he straight up denied it saying I never asked for a limousine, and when i brought up the glasses he said "yes we have glasses" i asked "okay WHERE?" and all he did was stutter and ask to speak with the driver. The driver then said he would drive us to the station TO PICKUP THE GLASSES! I'm absolutely gobsmacked at this point. I said there was absolutely no point in that and we would just like to go to the hotel. This ENTIRE time we've been dealing with them they've called us LIARS for saying we dIdNT AsK fOr a LimOuSiNe who the f*ck would pay $128 for a 20 minute SUV ride. I would've taken an Uber for that! I've never not once written a bad review for any establishment, but this experience is BY FAR THE WORST experience with one and I hope my review steers anyone looking for a REAL limousine service, over to Presidential or Bell limousines! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMOA Y. Absolute trash. Swindled us right out of 128 for a dirty SUV

It was also my first time using this company. I decided to use this shuttle service when returning to the airport on 3/1. This was such a horrible experience. First I couldn't book it online and had to call the customer service line and give them my credit card to book the service. I disclosed to the agent that my flight was leaving at 7pm, I needed to check a bag, and I was disabled so I'd need to get to the airport in enough time to make my flight. I was reassured that this would happen and that pickup would happen at 5pm. I made the call at 4pm. 5pm came and went and I started to get nervous. I called at 5:20 pm to ask where was the shuttle and I was told they were otw and to give it 5-10 more minutes. I told them that I was disabled and had been standing outside waiting all of this time. They asked me to wait a little longer. I called at 5:40pm and was told that they were on the way and that traffic had been slow and they were picking up other riders. I asked for a supervisor as well as if they could send a solo car to pick me up vs the shared ride for the inconvenience. I also asked for a refund. They put me on hold. At this point I had checked for uber and Lyft and the cost was upwards of $45 for a ride when I'd already paid $15 for this shuttle. The agent came back on and basically told me - a manager is not available, they can take a message to have the manager on duty call and discuss my request for a refund, I do have the option of choosing another service provider if I am not willing to wait. I found this to be rude and dismissive and I also felt like he probably looked up the running cost of the other transportation providers. He took the message to have them call me back - they never did btw. The driver then called me at 6:15 to tell me he was at the fountainbleu dropping off clients and that was less than 15 minutes away. Meanwhile I wasn't taking any chances and called Southwest to change my 7pm flight. Thank God I was able to book a later flight. For the anguish, stress and anxiety this caused me, I felt like the least they could do was refund me my money. Poor service was delivered. With all of the phone calls I made and even the initial call I made where I disclosed my disability, my flight information and the need to arrive early because being disabled and navigating an airport takes time. They didn't call me to follow up, I always called them. Once the driver called me directly I called him to follow up because the customer service agents were of no help, lacked empathy, concern, was dismissive, and no one apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I do not recommend this company if you actually have a time to be somewhere. Art was fantastic, however my trip home wiped out the exceptional service he provided. Do better Bell Trans.

    I learned about Bell Transportation when I was booking my flight on Travelocity. You can book a…read moreprivate car or a shared van. I used a shared van ($15 one way or $28 roundtrip). My ticket was $27 on Travelocity. I didn't call ahead to reserve a ride since I didn't know if my plane would be delayed. It is easy to just walk up to the kiosk and book a ride from the airport. The drop offs/pickups happen by Gate 1 or 3. You have to take a train to Gate 3. Gate 1 is easier to manage and is near door 51 as you leave the airport. You need to book online but you can call with questions. The most important detail is having the barcode for the driver to scan. I enjoyed seeing Vegas by car to the hotel. It was a mini "tour" and I didn't mind being the last person dropped off. It took 45 minutes to reach the hotel. I might use the service again if I need a ride from the airport to a hotel. I was stressed using a shared ride that wasn't going directly to the airport. I made my flight and had plenty of time in security. When my family member tried to book a ride from the hotel to the airport there was a glitch with the web site. She took a cab instead.

The booking process was incredibly smooth - no hidden fees, no pushy sales tactics, just honest answers to all my questions. The woman who handled our reservation was so patient with me as I went back and forth on timing (you know how wedding planning can be!), and she even offered some great suggestions about photo locations along the Strip. The limousine itself was absolutely stunning. When it pulled up to our hotel, I actually got a little teary-eyed. It was pristine inside and out - leather seats that were clearly well-maintained, a fully stocked bar area, and ambient lighting that made everything feel so romantic. The sound system was perfect for our "getting ready" playlist, and there was plenty of room for me in my dress (which was no small feat!). But what really made the experience exceptional was our driver, Miguel. He was punctual, professional, and had this wonderful way of making us feel like celebrities without being intrusive. When we were running about ten minutes behind schedule (wedding day nerves!), he was completely understanding and adjusted our timeline seamlessly. He even had breath mints and tissues ready - those little touches that show real attention to detail. The ride through Vegas was like something out of a movie. Miguel took us past some of the most iconic spots for photos, and he was more than happy to wait while we captured those once-in-a-lifetime shots. He clearly knows the city inside and out and helped us avoid the usual tourist traffic. What impressed me most was how Crown LV handled the little unexpected moments. When my bouquet started falling apart (cheap flowers, lesson learned!), Miguel actually had a small emergency kit in the limo and helped me secure it with some clear tape. And when my new wife accidentally spilled a bit of champagne on her shirt, Miguel had a stain removal pen ready. It's these thoughtful details that separate a good service from an exceptional one. The pricing was fair and transparent - exactly what we were quoted, no surprise charges. Given the level of service and the quality of the vehicle, I honestly feel like we got more value than we paid for. Our friends and family were so impressed when we arrived at our venue, and several of them asked for Crown LV's contact information for their own future events. That's probably the best testament to their service right there. If you're considering a limo service in Las Vegas for any special occasion, I can't recommend Crown LV highly enough. They didn't just provide transportation - they helped create memories that my wife and I will treasure forever. When I go to Vegas which I go a couple times a year I get airport limo service which with 2 previous companies included transportation both ways and is about $175 not including tip or anything. I called crown because the service I used 5 months ago had moved to another area and I saw the good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I called asking about airport transportation and said I needed both ways and the lady said it was the usual amount I have paid with other companies. I had given her my flight information for my arrival flight and my return flight. Looking back at it now it seems like she was trying to ignore the return trip back to the airport. The driver arrived on time which was good, but when I asked if I could go somewhere and get juice and pop he kept pushing me to a liquor store saying they would have what I needed. I don't drink but whatever. We get there and the drinks were $6 for a 2 liter. The place was in a dark area and seemed kind of shady. They didn't have what I really wanted but I got something and spent $25 on 4 2 liters. After I got back to the limo the driver goes back inside it almost seemed like he gets a kickback to take us to that place which makes sense because of how adamant he was about going there. We arrive at the hotel after a 35 minute trip from pickup at airport to the hotel. I never received anything about the return trip back to the airport so I called the morning of and asked. I was told that no I wasn't in the system and they don't offer round trip service from the airport. They want you to pay double what you would pay with other limo services in the area. I didn't bother getting into it I know I was super clear that I thought I was getting round trip service. If you don't offer that tell me when I book. If I have to pay each way tell me when I book. But don't just book me for the trip from the airport and ignore all the times I said I needed return service leaving me hanging on the day I am supposed to return home. It just seems like Vegas has changed a lot recently when you go to a some restaurants they ask you what side do you want making it sound like it is included with the meal when it is not. It seems like everyone is out to just get money from you now there and not care about future business by you. It's disappointing because in Vegas they used to treat you very well and I always would tip very well because I liked being treated well. Those days are over though it's all about how can we get as much money from you now who cares if you come back.

They stopped responding to my emails and finally responded over yelp two months later. We were going to move forward with booking again per their message instructing to do so, and now they say they can't book out over three months in advance. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.
