We walked in a few weeks ago and spoke with Greg and he and his colleague (I'm sorry I did not get her name) both went above and beyond to assist while we looked for a wedding band to go with the wedding ring we had picked. We found one we liked but needed it in gold so we left, but Greg followed up as promised leaving a voicemail letting me know he tried to find the ring in gold but was unable to. I appreciated the follow up. A few days later he texted that they had some new options come in we might like and again I really appreciated the follow up without ever being remotely pushy. We walked in a few days later and although Greg wasn't working it was more than fine because Karen gave us a warm welcome, got us taken care of, asked us if we were planning on soldering the rings together or not which we hadn't even thought of and so appreciated the suggestion, and then left with the new wedding band.
