Today I met some amazing people at the restaurant. Congratulations to Carlos who is a new manager. He is a US Army Veteran who saw combat action and I hope everyone will thank him for his service when they visit. Carlos really cares about his customers. When we entered we were greeted, he started up a conversation and checked in on us throughout our meal. Victor was our server and he made great recommendations. He was also very friendly, we also met Melvin who was a runner and made sure the food came out promptly with all the accoutrements. Today we started with the blueberry pancakes. You get two large pancakes that are as big as the dish. They had blueberries inside and outside, whipped cream and maple syrup. Probably the best I've ever had! I had the apple, lemon, ginger juice which hit the spot. We also had the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp fajita bowl. The ingredients and fish were fresh and plentiful. I was stuffed by the time we left. I would highly recommend Seymour's Cafe if you want to experience phenomenal food and customer service.

They can be pretty busy around lunchtime, but just call in your order to avoid the wait. My favorites are the Chicken Supreme and the Gobbler. I pack lunch most days, as I work in the area, but I treat myself to St. Cloud at least once a week. These are some damn good sandwiches imo. There aren't that many food options around, the only other one I know of is McDonalds. I'd much rather spend $7-$8 for a fresh sandwich than a McWhatever meal. Ask the employees what's popular! They have a lot of options, so I always ask, and their suggestions have never let me down. Sometimes they can be really busy, but hey, at least you know that mean's it's good and the ingredients are fresh! read more
