The completed project far exceeded my expectations. Jim had great design ideas. Even though it was a smaller project Baxter Gardens made me feel like I really mattered as a customer. Jim was there when the installers arrived to start the project. He was also there in the middle of the process and at the end to make sure I was satisfied with everything. The customer care was outstanding. Additionally, the team that did the installation were also amazing. Such hard workers and so talented! All that were involved have definitely perfected their craft. Baxter Gardens definitely has an exceptional team. I would definitely recommend this company!

This year, they inspected the backflow preventer, turned on the system, and "tested" it. They left. When I conducted my own testing, I found that one station has a bad valve. Does not shut off entirely. This is an obvious problem - one of the heads spouts water a foot high. Area around each head is a literal swamp. We immediately called them. They refused to come back and fix it - even though they missed the problem when "testing" and even though repairs are covered by the contract. This was April 30. They scheduled the repair for JUNE 1. I cannot imagine what that kind of leak would cost me over a month. We were forced to shut the system down entirely. This is not acceptable. Zero stars if I could.

Tech was great. My issue is that I received an invoice for some extra work that was done during the start-up visit. When I got the invoice, they charged me three to five times more for the parts than I could get them for on Amazon ($105 for a rubber kit?!!). I guess that's on me for not clarifying everything up front. I think I'll be looking for another company, next spring.

I immediately regretted my decision when the installation process took two weeks! I had been pitched a two day install... But those two days were spread out amongst two weeks! During that time my yard looked like crap! The whole reason for getting sprinklers was to make the yard look better. Instead they did a careless job of digging and installing the pipes and cleaning up after themselves. Customer service at this company is also not the greatest. They are high volume and as a result you are not a priority. I wish I had done more research and paid a little bit more for better customer service.
