When the baseboards arrived 17 out of 26 were water stained, not happy. I called within 10 minutes of receiving them and was told that they've been sitting in the warehouse for a couple of months. First thing that ran through my head was " don't you check the product before delivery?" I had to wait a few days for a second delivery, which I was told would arrive by 9am and came at 11:30am. Would've been nice if they refunded my delivery fee for putting my renovation project back a few extra days.

A salesman from Woodland explained the products are not completely identical because they manufactured their product and a different manufacturer was used by their competitor. Returns are not easy at Woodlands as per their invoice, materials can be returned only by prior arrangement, require invoice copy, and "will be subject to a 10% restocking charge".

We bought these large concrete slabs that are meant to look just like railway ties. They werent…read morecheap and are super heavy so lots of work went into building a small wall at our cabin. Unfortunatley inside of a year they went from brown to mostly white. They say itd a chemical reaciton and the white was supposed to burn off with the sun but it's done the opposite and now just looks like white-ish concrete. I could have saved tons of money and bought split face blocks if this was the result. I've added pictures from their website and my little retianing wall as a warning. I emailed my supplier who agrees this is not right but the manufacturer says this is normal and I need to buy a chemical to apply multiple times a year to try to correct this and it's $60 a gallon. VERY DISSAPOINTED that Barkman false advertises their products and doesnt stand behind quality issues. I spoke directly with Barkman and they bascially said too bad. ZERO offer to make it right or even send me some free solution to try to remedy this. Update, I bought some of that solution and it did nothng to restore the colour. Just concrete looking blocks now.
