Very professional, clean facilities and excellent floating docks. south dock does have 3 tourist boats so a bit crowded but overall excellent experience. 24/7 security and very helpful dock hands. Fuel is easy to get and they come to you for free pump outs. Also have docking for hourly visitors.

Today we toured the replica Spanish galleon, El Galeon, and the replica explorer ship, Nao Victoria. El Galeon is open daily, 9a-6p. Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children ages 6 to 12; children under 5 free. For $10, adults.can also tour the Nao Victoria. (Tour both ships for $20.) Tickets are available at all Ripley's Red Train ticket locations. Www.staugustine-450.com Facebook.com/450 twitter.com/StAugustine450

I visit this Marina every time I'm in town just to see what is docking there there's always some great Mega Yachts to look at or some Homeland Security go fast boats to check out it always seems to be in top shape and everyone at the marina is always very friendly

The boat guys are so respectful and help out in anyway they can. Lori is amazing as well. She will take care and guide you through any and every situation. She knows her stuff! They all work really hard to make sure you're taken care of don't forget to tip. The restaurant will be opening soon and it looks beautiful! It looks like a place you would want to casually hang out at even if you're not going on the boat. From the looks of it, they have great outdoor seating area as will as some fine dining inside. I literally can not wait to try it out. This marina is not a joke y'all ...it's luxury and I'm blessed to be part of it. If you are in need of a place to store your boat this is the place you want to be part of! Thank you to the hard working staff we appreciate you all!

We make a point to support the business by continuing to order while we're there, and in the past, the staff has always been welcoming to families. Unfortunately, today was a very different experience. I was there with my 6- and 2-year-old, who are active, as most young kids are. I stayed close, followed them around, and made sure they weren't being disruptive. They were simply being kids--dancing, enjoying the music, and yes, occasionally walking in front of people. Each time, I apologized, and most guests were kind and understanding--many even smiling and saying they missed those ages. That positive experience changed when an employee approached me and said my children couldn't be running around. I completely understand the need for safety and respect for others, but it was disappointing to feel like children aren't embraced in what I believed was a relaxed, outdoor, family-friendly environment. We weren't in a formal dining space, but rather an open area where I thought families would be welcome. We've never had this issue before, even when my oldest was younger, which made it even more surprising. Sadly, this experience has us reconsidering where we spend our time, especially during such beautiful weather. If the expectation is a more adult-only environment, it may be helpful to communicate that clearly so families can make informed decisions. Just sharing our experience for other families who may be looking for a welcoming place to spend time together.
