They even took all the mold off of the walls and the seats which I have never been able to do. I thought my foam decking was stained but they managed to get everything out. I didn't think I needed a compounding service but after they convinced me that my boat needed it, I didn't regret my decision. My boat is so shiny. I was wanting to give up and sell it but they really changed my mind. They tackled every nook and cranny imagined. I was hesitant at first because of the price but it was worth every penny. It's been a couple months after the full detail and they always return for maintenance washes as I requested. They can never disappoint and I don't have to lift a finger. I'm very happy with the Boatgirls.

Little did we know that as repair was being done, hidden behind walls and under the floors, in every bathroom more repair was needed. Daily documentation and communication is part of Riverview constructions modus operandi with their clients. The final result pleased us beyond measure. We feel so comfortable in our home now. Solid Construction with top notch contractors- that have solved every problem within our beach place- makes us recommend this great company again and again.

I hired Floorever over 9 months ago to redo our pool deck and main entry walk way. The main entry…read moreway looks nothing like what we had agreed on both color and style. The pool deck is still in shambles now 9 months later. It is uneven, colors dont match, bubbling and breaking all over. Every time I bring something to their attention they "patch" it and it looks even worse. Most recently I was told they would take away the entire surface and they would start over again then when they started to do it I was told they decided not to do that and would be doing "patchwork" again. The owner came and personally saw the entire deck prior to telling us he could do the job and providing a quote, now he is telling me I need to fix water issues before he will do anything else? Even better, HE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL (more than I was even quoted) and my pool deck is completely unfinished and looking absolutely horrific. To top it all off, we are trying to sell the house and have lost numerous potential clients due to the appearance of this less than poor quality work. Over 9 months to resurface a pool deck? I've tried and tried to resolve this with the owner before posting this review but it remains unresolved, I can not wait any longer for it to be fixed and quite honestly dont trust the work even if it was fixed.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. We put a new roof on two years ago and were recently gone for seven months and…read morereturned to a leaking roof. They sent someone to look at it a few days after we called. Its now been three weeks and they won't come back to repair it. Three neighbors also hired them because we were so happy with our roof. Of the three, two had problems. Now we have a problem. Our roof had never leaked until they installed the new metal roof over the original asphalt roof. It leaked at a bath vent, which had never leaked before. When they originally came and looked at the 1 ft by 2 ft brown spot, he said it was "an accident" and acted like it was no big deal. Poor customer service. We just want them to come back and fix their mistake. They said Neil Strickland retired and his son is running the business now. I wonder if Neil Sr ran it like this.
