JaNena and Dr. Crouch actively listen (as in listening to understand, not listening to respond) to their patients. They act as part of your care support team, not as domineering medical providers who "know all," and yet we STILL don't have a cure for the common cold (that's a different soap box). I work on interdisciplinary medical treatment teams for the military. I am really picky about my medical care. Notice the 5 star rating? Just sayin.

I was seen after whiplash from being rear-ended by a texting teenager while I was stopped. Very impressed. Went from daily headaches to nothing in a relatively short time. Nice staff, never had to wait. Responsive and timely when I had questions. Sent my daughter here for a rib that was out of place after an old injury and they accepted our insurance. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to avoid pain pills for injuries that could be corrected with physical treatment.

The director of nursing Tiffany is young and energetic and treats all patients like they are her family and trains her staff to do the same. They get all patients OUT OF BED and into the main area 1 or more times daily, regardless of their mobility issues. They have lots of activities, including games and music. We had been at a few other locations that over medicated our dad and under cared for him despite our daily visits and complaints. This is a WONDERFUL facility for your loved ones!
