He was nervous at first but very quickly made friends he talked about every day. The older students were friendly, and the curriculum is great. Lots of homework. Maybe too much tbh! Also, he used to hold his pencil funny but now his handwriting has improved with the assistance of his elementary school teachers. Now in middle school, we've been happy with the changes at the new building at the boys and girls clubs. Its also important for private schools to know that the fit is important, and we've had our experience at some in the area. I will say that we've had a great experience so far. Best of luck to others.

So far, I've been impressed by the level of sincerity and kindness of the teachers. I appreciate as a parent that students can be themselves here, but also grow their character to become responsible members of the community. When the admin send out the newsletter, I look forward to finding out who the student of the month is, how the soccer match between staff and students went, and updates of many more fun team-building activities! Thank you New Hope, for providing a safe, supportive, and intellectually stimulating environment for our children.

My kids have been going there at some capacity for over five years and are currently enrolled in the summer program. The activities are great and age/skill appropriate, and the kids learn while having fun. Mrs. Jennifer is reliable, friendly and fair. She has always invited feedback or concerns, and I appreciate that.

We did that and he qualified for some help. The day we found out he qualified for early intervention we told The Clifton Little School. The very next day we got a letter in his cubby to set up a meeting. The director "J", told me that he was a hazard and that they wanted him out of the school... he wasn't a hazard, he is active and not a robot. She made it sound like my son was a problem child and said he needed a "special school" that can handle him. Meanwhile the daily reports I got from his teacher where all good and positive. We found another school, a nice normal day care that just wants the best for the children in their school, it's the Allwood Play and Learn if anyone what's to know and they get 5 stars from me. The owner is absolutely involved, not just a check writer and she cares about our kids. The Clifton Little School was such a big let down for us, they know how to promote themselves with having Channel 12 News there for their Halloween Parade but what they don't tell anyone is their dirty secret that if your child needs a little extra help they will kick your child out of their school. My child isn't the only one this has happen to. Talking to the director of the school she makes it sound like they have a perfect school, they don't!! Don't take my word for it. She was almost 2 when the time came and I was full of anxiety, worry, and guilt about having to leave her. I researched daycare centers and visited numerous places. I visited high-end centers like The Goddard School and yet I didn't feel like any of those places were the perfect environment for my little one. As time passed and I had to make a choice, I settled on a daycare near my home in Montclair. My daughter attended for three days before I pulled her out. When I called to check on her I could hear her crying and screaming. She would panic in the morning and literally "turn blue" as we were heading in. I felt so guilty and frustrated; I felt like the worst parent. As I began the search again, I came across Jin-A Child Care Centers' website. I called and scheduled a tour. From the moment that I drove up the hill to Jin A, I had a great, positive feeling. It is set on such a beautiful, peaceful, environment surrounded by nature and open space. The staff was very kind and answered all my questions. I just knew that this was where my daughter should go. I enrolled her and hoped for a different outcome. Sure enough, after her first day at Jin-A my daughter did great. She did not cry the second day or any other day for that matter. She genuinely appeared "happy" and "excited" to go. I felt so relieved. I had finally found the perfect daycare. My daughter stayed at Jin-A for 4 years. In all that time, I have not one negative thing to say about the school or any of its staff members. From the director, to the teachers to the aides all the way down to the janitor. EVERYONE was wonderful. My daughter thrived academically, socially, and spiritually. She was not only prepared for Kindergarten on an intellectual and academic level, but she was taught about respect, kindness, tolerance and love for others and for everything surrounding us. I am extremely pleased with the well-rounded education that my daughter received. She did extremely well in kindergarten, being placed in classes above her age level. I can sincerely say that this was because of the education she received at Jin-A coupled with our efforts as parents. I couldn't have hoped for anything better. Jin-A far exceeded my hopes and expectations as I let my daughter into the world on her own for the first time. I now have a newborn; I will be home with him until he is old enough to go to Jin-A because there is no place else that I would entrust with the care of my child. I absolutely recommend Jin-A to all parents. I can assure you that you and your child will have wonderful memories to cherish for years to come. Sincerely, Sara
