I walked in late one afternoon and met with Fred, who despite it being close to closing time, helped me browse thru about 12 boxes of all different varieties of wedding invitations. I settled on one, and began the process. Zep worked with me from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, and was always available to take my calls and promptly answer my emails - despite the fact that I was 3 time zones away for most of the process. She had great ideas for wording and font styles, but most of all, she was always upbeat and very patient with me. She was great in showing me how to assemble the different components of the invitations and the best way to present the invitation within the envelope. I messed up printing my return label for the first package (it was international, so I need additional labels for customs). The man at the front (he wasn't wearing a name tag) was super helpful in explaining why they couldn't ship the package as is, printed out the additional labels for me, and packed it successfully. For the second package, the man helped pack and ship it quickly between assisting other customers and managing the first package's labels. The service was phenomenal today! There were only around three customers; however, I can't speak on the service when it's busy.

Additionally, Aisha was also very unpleasant, rushing me when I was waiting for my Staples app to load (there was one person behind me, waiting for maybe 30 seconds; not to mention the cell service in the front of the store is atrocious), and also ignoring the terms of the price match policy when I checked out with the other man, implying that she was giving me the price as a courtesy when I followed the policy to a T from the Staples website. It's a shame I won't be returning, because the location is so convenient near King Kullen and the other stores in the area. But I'd prefer to save myself the trouble.
