He sends a very pertinent email to warn clients of impending threats they are seeing a lot of, and other critical notices that the average person would not know about...like when MS will stop supporting certain major software which could make you vulnerable to attacks. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It took approximately 3 hours just to assemble the cage, and the job was still not completed. At that point, I was told that the work could not be finished because the installer did not have a ladder tall enough to complete the installation. I was told that he would return with a taller ladder to finish the job. However, he never came back. When I followed up, I was told that he could not get the appropriate ladder and that if he did obtain one, I would be charged an additional fee for the ladder. At this point, I have paid for a service that was not completed, and I am left with an unfinished installation. Had I known beforehand that the installer did not have the necessary equipment to complete the job, I would have hired someone else. I am leaving this review to warn potential customers to clarify the total expected cost, estimated completion time, and whether the installer has all of the necessary equipment before hiring this company.
