I can speak only of the services as far as mailing packages. But what I can say is that I never have to spend too long here, which is a plus. Also, the staff is really helpful. They'll compare prices and help me figure out what will be the cheapest or fastest or both. They'll help me pick out boxes or CD envelopes if I don't have any already. They'll offer up styrofoam peanuts to make sure my Christmas chocolate covered pretzels don't break in their tins on their way to their respective recipients in other states, too. The Verdict: Overall, I am definitely satisfied and impressed with the quality of service at the Copy Center, and would recommend it to anyone on campus.

I mostly ship using my own discounted shipping labels and needed a place to be able to send and receive without having to drive to the post office. I even used their services to mail a package (with a 50% upcharge) because I want to support their business. Recently I went in to drop off several packages and the owner refused to take any USPS packages from me, he stated he only takes FedEx and UPS; rather than argue with him over it since he had a customer I left and drove to the post office that was 20 minutes away (mind you this is on my lunch hour). I called him later and he explained it is a liability issue for him since the USPS does not scan packages and if something gets lost it is his responsibility or a Customer will at least blame him for the loss and ask him to compensate them for their loss; understandable response. My problem is that at no time did they say they would not accept USPS packages when I signed up for the PO Box (the $300 fees are non-refundable). So I have a PO Box for the next year which is almost useless to me since I cannot mail out from that location. If you choose to rent a PO Box here be aware that they do no accept packages from literally the largest carrier of packages in the United States but they will gladly charge you an inflated price to mail USPS if you buy from them, seems fair right? When I spoke to the owners they seemed like very nice people but with these type of business practices I would go elsewhere.

They have ample parking in their private lot. What's actually interesting about this service is that they're located towards the back of the Texas Gun Club store when you come in. Before you walk towards the back of the store, check yourself in first at the computers along the right side of the store so that IdentoGo knows you've arrived. I think on this particular day, they had only 1 of the 2 fingerprinting machines running. But, the wait wasn't very long. They called my name and brought me in. I was done with fingerprinting and paying within 15-20 minutes. The woman who was helping me with the fingerprinting was sweet and professional. Don't forget to bring a valid drivers license and credit card. They do not take copies of ID nor do they accept cash. It was also under $40 for fingerprinting, which wasn't expensive. Overall, their service was efficient. One more thing - they do take walk ins, but it won't be as efficient as if you had an appointment. They might tell you to come back another day.
