They were professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond--totally exceeded my expectations. I got lucky and found Bumblebees Cleaning services when I put in a request for house and carpet…read morecleaning, and I am super thankful that I contracted their services! They are OUTSTANDING! They appear a family outfit, which I liked. We communicated via Yelp and they were quick to respond, professional and friendly. And they were transparent and clear on their services and pricing. They were great sending multiple reminders to ensure no scheduling surprises, and they showed up exactly when scheduled! Their equipment is all self-contained, meaning no hose is run from a truck parked outside, which was critical on a day like today with single-digit temps! The 2-person team got right to work; they vacuumed first (which many don't!), then pre-treated, then got to work! I wish I had taken before photos, but let me say my one area was heavily blood stained by a sick large dog and they got that ALL out! They were methodical, detail oriented, and you can tell they took pride in doing a great job. And they did. The last photo below shows how much dog hair they removed from my carpet!!! They are a great value for the work, and had no hidden or extra charges. They came and completed the job for the price they quoted, and I was happy to tip! They are now my go-to for all my carpet cleaning needs. I haven't yet tried them for housekeeping, but I will! Based on the job they did today, they will be great there also! Call them for your carpet cleaning needs! Highly recommended!

After talking to him, I took a picture of the broken part as well as the serial number and model number of my refrigerator and texted them to him. He ordered the part I needed that day and called me a couple of days later saying he had the part and was ready to install it. We made arrangements and he came right over the same day the part came in. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. His services were reasonably priced. I will be calling him again in future and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of an appliance repairman.

BEWARE! I hired Spots and Dots to clean my rental property so that we could paint it for future…read moretenants. They assured me that they would do a deep clean of the property in one day for $700. Though the price seemed high, I decided to work with them because they came recommended by my property management company. However, when I inspected the house after they informed me that the job was completed, I was appalled. I had been clear that I needed all the walls wiped down and the baseboards cleaned so we could paint the next day, yet there was clear dirt on all of the baseboards and visible dust on the walls. They also failed to clean one of our two toilets, and they left tons of visible grease on the walls on either side of the oven. As I walked through the house, I saw more and more problems: clumps of dust bunnies left in almost every corner, cobwebs left hanging from light fixtures, dust left on top of every doorframe, dirt left in almost every window sill, etc. I immediately sent a message to the company expressing my disappointment, and even though they knew I was dissatisfied, they processed the full payment on my credit card that evening. Then, they refused to issue me even a partial refund, even though they clearly had not satisfied the agreed upon scope of work in the time they had agreed to perform it in. They also sent me an email falsely accusing me of refusing a walkthrough with them (I did a thorough walkthrough the following morning with one of their employees) and refusing to take any responsibility. A horrible business!

Christina was efficient and effective with responding to my inquiries and coordinating services. Without a doubt, I'd hire her for my own company; very organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. I worked with Mike (technician) to do my assessment. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to speak with me during the assessment, answer any questions I had, and elaborate on options I could take for my abatement/encapsulation. I worked with Nick (technician) to perform my abatement/encapsulation. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Before he did any work, her walked with me and marked all the locations we agreed to address. He explained what he would do and how he would do it. My experience with this company was phenomenal. They helped me in a pinch and were a blessing. I can't believe I didn't call them first; I really should have. Use this company. They are reliable, efficient, and friendly. A really well managed organization.
