I went to this chain vape store in my area as a completely new person wanting to get into this, did I walk into the wrong place. I was in the store for a solid hour and half the time I was waiting for the only employee to help other customers as they came in. The employee seemed knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing an IVP 4s and a Aspire Triton tank. Both products work very well. I knew I wasnt going to get a deal in the store but had no clue I was going to get charged double for everything. I can find an IVP 4s online for 72.99 and I was charged 149.99. The tank I can find online for 25.99 and again I was charged 49.99. What a business model to not even offer a discount. On top of this they sell their own ejuice for a premium price. Sold me batteries that has their logo on it, I'm glad I spent 300 dollars altogether to not even walk out of the store with a name brand battery. Ask your friend, look to r/electronic_cigarette to start out and save your money. I'll never shop at this place again. read more

At one time this was a very great vape shop, they treated you like a friend not just a customer. I think the downward spiral started when Dale left. I'm not from the area but when I was in town, I would always stop. The last few times I have been there I noticed a change. With all that's going on with COVID, I just chocked it up to that. I stopped last week and bought my wife 2 tanks and a pack of coils. The tanks leaked from the start, I took them apart to check the seals, they seamed fine. I went to the shop last night (8/17), there were 2 guys there with the clerk and they were admiring there tattoos. They finally left and the guy acted like I was bothering him. I was taking the tanks out of the bag for him to look at. The way he said "what's that, did you but it here", I said yes and I have the receipt. Well what do you want me to do with it? I answered check them out or return them. That's when he pointed to a white piece of with pale blue writing say "All sales are final no returns". I was the only one in the store and ask if he could look at them. He replied " not now leave them and maybe I'll get a chance to look at them in the next day or two". Now really how long does it take to take a tank apart and check seals? Beware, this shop has gone down hill, the merchandise is junk and forget about the fix or replace policy. I've given them my last dollar!!! read more

Wait times are ridiculous, if the wait is going to be 3+ months that should be communicated to the customer who has prepaid. Their lack of communication is the most irritating part. Will be placing my order elsewhere. read more

I was in here about a year ago. The juice was good and the selection was good. I'm not sure if the employees are still there who were there when I was there, but they were very rude to my father and I and other customers that came in. The one employee in particular was even making fun of customers after they left to the customers who were still in the shop. I have made it a point to never go back to this shop because of this ignorance. I'm not saying all SS Vape shops are like this, but it was just this one in particular. If ignorant people don't discourage you from getting good juice, then go there. read more

I am 37 years old. I have a 17 yo daughter, 16yo son, and a 9yo daughter. I drove over 30 minutes to but juice like I have many times. My son was with me like he's been many times. But the kid working refused to sell me juice bc I have a teenage son. I wear my vape on a lanyard around my neck!! I understand the laws. My son has asthma and literally can not smoke!! We were gonna go in Wal-Mart after I grabbed my juice so in this heat I told him to just walk in with me. He never walked up to the counter or said anything inside the store. We were asked for ID'S I was getting mine and told the kids working there he didn't have 1. He said he couldn't sell to me with him in the store so I was getting my keys for him to go back to the car and the kid says I won't sell to u even now if he leaves. I explained he's my son and I drove over 30 minutes to come here. He said he was gonna call the police so I said F*ck u and left. I have never felt so discriminated on bc I have kids!! read more

Went here a few months ago and was not a fan of this shop, not very welcoming.. Even though I was only one of two customers in the shop the guy behind the counter took awhile to see if I needed help. I was looking for some particular flavors of juice but was not in stock I asked if there was any way of ordering but was turned down, dude didn't even offer any other brands that may have a similar flavor. After standing there awkwardly I just decided to walked out unsatisfied and juiceless... I shall be taking my business elsewhere read more

Placed a paid Pre-Order early February. Was promised product in 6-8 weeks, about six weeks later delivery estimate changed to 8-10 weeks but promised all Feb orders would be out by end of March. I cancelled my order with many others in Apr. There are dozens of people who have paid for their merchandise and haven't received it. It has been confirmed that SS vape is selling these devices to walk in and call in customers and not sending them to pre-order customers. It has also been confirmed by the manufacturer that he is sending them shipments every week yet on the pre-order list compiled by forum members less than a dozen have received the items they paid for. I would vape a dirty sock before I ever gave my money to SS vape again. read more

Horrible products that are generic knock offs made to look like the real deal and STILL overpriced. Paid $200 plus for a rig and set of liquids that should've cost me half that. Shop around first. read more

I wish I was able to rate this place less than 1 star. Ive been inside twice. The first time shortly after they opened, decided to walk out after being ignored. The second time just to pick up so atomizers for my vape pen. Spoke with a girl named Brooklyn, what a bitch, she was so rude and ignorant to every customer in there. Besides the horrible attitudes of the employees, the prices for everything are ridiculous! So so over priced, the only other time I would ever consider going back would be the day after that shit hole closes. read more

they should stand behind their products. decent selection but spending 260 for a mod that worked for 3 days should warrant an exchange. it is infact covered by Manufacture but for 3 days I shouldn't have to play the shipping game. decent selection of RDA's but doesn't rank up there with some other locations. customer service can make or break a company, they will one day learn this. read more
