She is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered in my life. To think she is representing a business dependent upon customers is mind boggling. I am no youngster and I can tell you honestly that I have never been treated as poorly as a customer in any business as I was by that "woman". I have spent quite a bit of money on cigars at that place through the years. My wife and I go to Gettysburg a lot and sometimes we've even taken the long way home from other places we have visited just so we could stop at that cigar store. Well, they lost a customer and I'm not sure they care. Something is seriously wrong when a business who is essentially asking people to shell out their hard earned money to patronize their establishment feels that it is acceptable to treat customers the way that miserable woman does.
