Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. I contacted Center the next morning for the doughnut tire to be installed so I could drive a few miles to have the tire repaired. I do not remember that young mans name. He was also nice and very efficient.

Friday morning I call them, and am told (and this is a verbatim quote), "No one here is really interested in looking at your truck." Just like that. Totally deadpan. I give the guy 10 points for his Tourette's level honesty, but subtract 10 points for being just a basic asshole. Quite apart from the above, these guys are basically just miserable. There's always a bad vibe in the office, and they're some of the most unfriendly people I've ever encountered. I'm happy for those who have enjoyed good service here, but I will never return, and I would never recommend.
