Having Jennifer as our realtor during the process of purchasing our home in a new construction development was extremely helpful. She was constantly following up on a lot of the processes with the construction manager and sales team and made sure everything was done right and on time. She was always quick to respond when I had questions. She also had ideas that I would not have thought of doing, for example, getting an outside inspection for our new construction house, which helped us avoid many issues before moving into our home. We couldn't have went through this process as smoothly without her and we really appreciate all her help making it happen!

I liked her social media presence and did some internet research to make sure she was a fit. I reached out through her website and she was immediately responsive. I was excited that she was native to the area and a mom so she understood the school systems and which neighborhoods are family-friendly. During our whirlwind visit Jennifer made everything so easy. She had a ton of showings lined up and easily pivoted when we needed to make adjustments. She gave us restaurant and activity recommendations for our downtime. I felt completely confident and at ease working with her. She had personal in-depth knowledge of the area and her understanding of all the nuances of real estate was thorough. She worked so hard and was really resourceful (even reaching out to friends when we had questions about specific private schools) While our relocation opportunity sadly didn't pan out, we had already narrowed down our search to a neighborhood and a few houses...all within the span of 4 days. That's how well Jennifer prepared us prior to arrival and how hard she worked with us during our stay. I highly recommend her for anyone moving to Bradenton/Sarasota from somewhere else...or just moving within the area.
