Our experience changed after we posted our concerns on Yelp, and we were given a dedicated person who followed up and got everything fixed. We are still watching the house carefully to make sure that nothing new arises, and we have neighbors who are still in various states of repairs, but we can confirm that Neal did follow up and resolved our issues. The salesperson without introductions, or any knowledge whatsoever about us, determined we were not worthy of her time. We were informed in no uncertain terms that we were not welcome. So we will now have our new home built by Homes by Towne, much better looking homes, and their sales people are helpful, professional, and ready to sell. Do not even bother looking at the model. Ugly home, nasty people.
