If you see them putting a sign in your neighborhood be prepared to be flooded with light. VERY UNHAPPY The sign also appears to not meet the zoning regulations after I was assured it did. A 60 sq. Ft sign is supposed to be 50' off of the road, not sure yet how this one got approved.
