Dentists and hygienists were awesome. Drs Alexander and Bevan retired a few years ago and things have totally changed. This practice is all about the money now and definitely not the personalized service that it once was. They insisted I needed a new bridge and we're incredibly high pressure about how I was going to pay the out of pocket portion. I have found another dentist who I'm very happy with and by the way there is nothing wrong with my bridge three to four years later.

Once I got there, I had to wait maybe 5 minutes between filling out my paperwork and my appointment. Everyone in the office is friendly, including the secretary! Dr. Claasseen was very thorough with his exam, even taking time to touch up one of my bonds (which looks great now!). He spent quite a bit of time with me. Cliff is also awesome and did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking my x-rays. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

However, a year and a half later, the hospital informed me that my porcelain veneers had fallen out of warranty. Don't give me free repairs. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Herre's knowledge of TMJ. He also teaches other dentist how to treat this condition so I would consider him an expert. Dr. Herre made me a bite splint and at first, I will be honest, the expense was really hard to swallow. However, when you consider that the hour long follow up visits (all included) for weeks and weeks afterwards, it really makes the cost more understandable. Anyway, I have had my bite splint for 5 weeks now and the proof is in the pudding. I went from someone who spent probably 10 days a month in bed with migraines to being nearly headache free. Before I also had other symptoms like not being able to chew foods, ear pain, facial pain and all of it has disappeared. My husband is thrilled that I'm not tired all the time anymore. I cannot say how pleased I am with the results so far.

Over the years I have gotten sealants, fillings and broken teeth removed on top of my regular visits and I have always felt at ease. I am never intimidated and as Dr. Scott will tell you, I never cried! It's a nice treat to go to what is usually a dreaded experience and actually sort of enjoy myself and feel cared for.

The Best! A smile is the prettiest thing you will ever wear,…read moreand I only trust this smile to Dr.Doug Schulz. I have been a patient for 11 years and in the dental field for 15+. After a position of coordinating 35+ offices in a 4 state territory, then transferring to a new state and a new primary dentist, I solidified my opinion that he is the greatest Dentist out there. NO other can compare and it is that simple. The facility is so chic and classy. The deep rich colors create a calming feeling, but decor and the many windows create soft warm light. Outside of each room is a spectacular view of the green grasses and pond! It is so pretty to look out upon. My favorite aspect of the practice, besides the Dr & staff, is CEREC! This is a revolutionary way too fabricate crowns, onlays and much more right in front of you. This is done in one appointment, is a conservative treatment option, fits like a puzzle piece it is so perfect. Dr. Schulz is a professor of CEREC Dentistry and has a training facility at his office. I had a technological mind blown moment watching him computer design my tooth for the exact anatomy. It is cool! He has such integrity and is conservative with his treatment plans. I have a Dentist in California that I see for routine maintenence. If I need a restoration, at all, I make an appointment and fly into Overland Park to receive treatment. I understand that this seems to be a bit extreme, but with family here I make it a week and get treatment from Dr. Schulz and his staff. Regardless, I do not want no other Dentist working on me. His patients stay with him, they are very grateful, and the office is like a big Ole family. They are deserving of 10 stars I hope that my review offered some insight into this remarkable practice.
