I have had some issues with dentists in my past and it takes a lot for me to walk in a dentist's door (even waiting on my children). I had another bad tooth in my mouth and this one was near the front of my smile line. I was very self conscious as it broke and knew I needed to do something soon. My brother told me about offices in his area that were easy going and helpful which encouraged me. I tried one place in OP and they asked me If I just wanted to have all of my teeth pulled. They offered me some ideas on how they can help save my teeth but it was going to be an extraordinary amount of money. My wife talked me into trying Parkway Plaza and from the beginning the staff and dentist were very helpful and patient with me. They discussed options to make me more comfortable and they asked me questions rather than told me what to do. I've now had some work done and I'm very grateful. I've had little to no pain and I feel like I can smile again. I would recommend their office to anyone. This office has a great deal of compassion for theirs customers. Julie is a very special ambassador to their office who is very helpful and makes it clear that they're here for you. I will also say in regards to my anxiety toward future visits it has nearly diminished.

During this crazy pandemic it was hard to get in anywhere nearby, but they were able to squeeze me in sooner than anywhere else. They did warn me it would take awhile this first time because they had to take x-rays and photos, but hopefully everything will go a lot faster next visit. The wait to be seen by the doctor was quick and thorough. Dr. Ediger had great bedside manners and his staff Ashley and hygienist were all so kind. The facility was top-notch and was super accommodating. I love that everyone wore masks and that they had a wash your hands at the side before anything and temp check protocol, kudos to them for keeping their facility as safe and clean as they can. After a position of coordinating 35+ offices in a 4 state territory, then transferring to a new state and a new primary dentist, I solidified my opinion that he is the greatest Dentist out there. NO other can compare and it is that simple. The facility is so chic and classy. The deep rich colors create a calming feeling, but decor and the many windows create soft warm light. Outside of each room is a spectacular view of the green grasses and pond! It is so pretty to look out upon. My favorite aspect of the practice, besides the Dr & staff, is CEREC! This is a revolutionary way too fabricate crowns, onlays and much more right in front of you. This is done in one appointment, is a conservative treatment option, fits like a puzzle piece it is so perfect. Dr. Schulz is a professor of CEREC Dentistry and has a training facility at his office. I had a technological mind blown moment watching him computer design my tooth for the exact anatomy. It is cool! He has such integrity and is conservative with his treatment plans. I have a Dentist in California that I see for routine maintenence. If I need a restoration, at all, I make an appointment and fly into Overland Park to receive treatment. I understand that this seems to be a bit extreme, but with family here I make it a week and get treatment from Dr. Schulz and his staff. Regardless, I do not want no other Dentist working on me. His patients stay with him, they are very grateful, and the office is like a big Ole family. They are deserving of 10 stars I hope that my review offered some insight into this remarkable practice.

I was referred to the office by my good friend whose ex-husband was a dentist and I knew she must only go to the best and it was true! They went through a lot of effort after I came in with tooth pain & sensitivity issue that no one could figure out. In the end I needed a root canal, but not after the dentist tried every effort to save my tooth. The crown was quick and painless. The biggest bonus is the awesome massage chairs that you can use while you wait for your crown to be made. Thank you all! BTW the office is beautiful and spotless clean! Nice parking out front. And conveniently located, Costco is right across the street if you need to pick some things up before heading home. :)

I had a…read moredental emergency Thursday night (leading into Labor Day weekend) as my front left veneer fell off. I called that night asking for an emergency appointment. They called me at 7 am the next morning and got me in at 11am that day (keep in mind- I am not even a patient of theirs). The dentist was great and re attached my veneer after numbing my mouth. He educated me on future complications/what to avoid/what to watch for. His assistant was wonderful. I have had no problems since (knock on wood). The next day (so Saturday), the same gal who called me at 7am called to check on me. The best customer service I think I have ever had in my life. Again, I will be switching to this office. My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!
