While I've primarily seen Dr. Busch, I've had the pleasure of working with several hygienists over the years. Currently, Joyce is my hygienist, and she truly stands out as the best of the best. Joyce ensures that every visit feels like a thorough and rejuvenating cleaning. She provides detailed instructions about the specific areas of my mouth that need focus and sets clear expectations for improvement by my next appointment. There's nothing more satisfying than hearing her mention the progress I've made in brushing and flossing since my last visit. The entire team at North Kansas City Dental Group exemplifies professionalism and care, from the skilled dentists to the welcoming front desk staff. I typically don't write reviews unless I feel strongly about a service, and I genuinely believe that the quality of care here merits recognition. I highly recommend checking out the North Kansas City Dental Group. They not only enhance your smile with their exceptional dental care, but they also offer a range of other services that can improve your overall health. Trust me; this is truly the best dental care provider.

They are good about scheduling and getting you in. The hygienists are nice and really get to know you. I had one that often did cleaning for both my mother and father, so when I had her she'd ask about them, as well as my siblings. Some times I even found out things from her that I hadn't heard yet! Kevin is always kind and straight forward. He talks to you like you matter and gives you your options and walks you through things if you need anything special done. Nurses are always willing to share things like what products have helped them best, and I've even had nurses refer my photography before (I'm and portrait and wedding photographer). Over all they are my favorite dentist office and I wish I could go back to them. My mother gasped when she first heard that I had gone somewhere else. It's a nice sided practice, but their connection with their patients makes it feel like a small town dentist!

I was immediately impressed with Dr. Herre's knowledge of TMJ. He also teaches other dentist how to treat this condition so I would consider him an expert. Dr. Herre made me a bite splint and at first, I will be honest, the expense was really hard to swallow. However, when you consider that the hour long follow up visits (all included) for weeks and weeks afterwards, it really makes the cost more understandable. Anyway, I have had my bite splint for 5 weeks now and the proof is in the pudding. I went from someone who spent probably 10 days a month in bed with migraines to being nearly headache free. Before I also had other symptoms like not being able to chew foods, ear pain, facial pain and all of it has disappeared. My husband is thrilled that I'm not tired all the time anymore.
