The owner, Reed, checked on it and determined it was defective paint that he purchased from Sherwin Williams. The CAPPS painting crew repainted the entire Facia board. Looks terrific. Throughout the process Julio and his guys showed exceptional customer service. (I even had a bunch of packages delivered one day and his guys, without asking, hauled them all inside). The first day of painting my heater wasn't working (it's the middle of January) and the guys didn't complain once about it being cold. Julio was one of the first people to respond to my Yelp project request and he was able to work within my timeline. When I was selecting paint Julio gave me great suggestions based on his experience. His team was attentive and thoroughly tapped off/wrapped areas to ensure no paint ended up where it shouldn't be. I'm so in love with the paint job and the great improvement that it has made to my house as a result.
