You can finally grab those really precious few minutes if not more (there is rubber matting, it will reduce the time the child falls to when you actually have to get up and see to that they are okay because the rubber matting, sponges their fall mmm hmmm you see?)... and for free. FREE. Cheap food, no entry fee and free enclosed play area... these words are like music to a tired, restless, about to lose it mothers' ears. It sounds very hard to believe I know... shouldn't all play areas for McDonalds be under cover? The answer is NO people.... the answer is no. I had a burger with beetroot, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, a homestyle beef patty and barbeque sauce... let's just say, it came out pretty damn big. So big most of the ingredients fell out the bottom onto the paper bag it came in after my first and second bite (don't you hate that). I would be lying if I said the burger sucked because I couldn't get my act together enough to hold it together literally, but it was quite nice. It was value for money and I was definetely full after that, don't even get me started on the chips we ordered, we couldn't touch them. If I could offer any critique, it would be that the burgers could be a bit smaller (never thought i'd say that) and maybe the buns could be toasted a little more so they didn't just fall apart into the burger falling through the burger. Yeah yeah so they charge close to $10 for the large salad... which is quite a lot I reckon, the salad tastes really fresh and is quite a big serve, so as long as it's not creamy dressing soaking the lettuce and salad... it's all good in my books.
