Despite already being in full shutdown mode, Libar and her team welcomed me warmly, restarted everything for a sandwich and cappuccino, and treated me with genuine kindness after a very stressful visit next door at the emergency vet. Even more remarkable, when I tried to leave a tip for going so far above and beyond, Libar graciously refused with, "I love my job." That kind of compassion can't be trained--it's who she is.
