They lie about their return policy, and send you to "text" a number that is supposed to go to the business owner for refunds--who will not call you back for months. When he does finally call you back (if your that lucky), he will promise a refund, but then never do it. I've been in contact with this man for 3.5 months--and his only excuse is "Im a very busy man" for not answering texts or calls. The staff that work here are rude and will not take no for an answer when they are trying to get people to come into their store. The manager of the store will not hesitate to treat you like a piece of garbage just for asking a question. Melbourne Mall should shut this place down as soon as possible and put a store in there that actually cares about good business ethics.

Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process. Her prices are very fair & she truly takes her time . I wouldn't go to anyone else !
