I made it 1200 feet before the trans line blew off (after their "repair", and had to be towed back to the shop, which was closed.) I thought about it, and had the vehicle towed to another repair shop, who fixed the problem and used the correct transmission fluid. I almost lost a trans due their shoddy workmanship, and would advise anyone even thinking about using this place to reconsider. The correct repair and the right trans fluid was $224, not $454.22.

I checked all my tires and at first all of them looked good, the TPMS in the Honda CRV 2016 EXL, only lights up and lets you know there is a loss of pressure from the tires. I started by checking the pressure with my tire gauge for all 4 tires, eventually finding the culprit to be my rear right passenger tire with a 2 inch screw which was actually not all the way into the tire. Oddly, i was on my way from Binghamton University and I had previously check my tires the day before. Anytime I take a trip that is greater than 100 miles, i always do a visual inspection of the tires and I also recalibrate the air pressure to maximize my MPG. So finding a screw embedded in the tire was upsetting but clearly unavoidable. When i got out at exit 84 off 17 East, i made a run to the gas station but they do not repair flats, instead my wife looked up a Napa Auto parts store and I walked in to ask if they could help. The attendant at the store sent me down the block to a repair shop and they were able to plug the tire without even taking the tire out. It took about 15 minutes as they removed the screw, the repair person showed it to me and he immediately plugged the tire as I watch. I paid him $20, as I paid cash! Greatly appreciated that they help me and that it was a quick fix. They were quick, friendly and efficient.

He told me if I did not go move my care from in front of the bay he was going to call the cops on me. He had literally no reason to say this to me and was very out of line this is no way to run a business.
