They were very professional and did a good job, just missed two small spots at the very top of the house. Other than that all the white trim is sparkling and the siding is looking good. For the price I would use them a again. I think brushing off the surfaces would have done a little better but am sure it would be more labor intensive. If you need a regular maintenance cleaning I would recommend giving them a shot.

I did not realize how darkened my drive was - but now backing out I can see the difference. I called six pressure washing companies before seeing his promoted ad on Facebook. I called and he called me right back - showed up two days later to quote the job. He texted me his quote the next day and we scheduled the job for the next Saturday. On Friday, he confirmed the time for 7:30-8 am Saturday morning. I was honestly surprised when they showed up as scheduled. They got right to work and were done and cleaned up by 10 am. I would recommend this team to anyone - and they do a lot more than power wash drives and walks - Concrete Cleaning, Roof Washing, Gutter Brightening, Fence Cleaning, Fence Restoration, Concrete Sealing, Vinyl Washing, Brick Washing, Organic Growth Removal- and are BBB accredited.

Garrett's was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I submitted a request for contact/ a quote…read moreonline, on a Sunday and I was called in less than an hour to setup a good time to come out. Marsha came out the next day to take a look at our deck and house, she had a quote to us within a few hours. I was able to review the work I was having done and accept the quote all online. Then a few days later they contacted via text and email to let me know when they were coming to start the job. I received a text when the guys were coming on the first day, it had a link that let me know when they would get there, when they expected to be finished the workers name and a picture of the worker. This was great, loved being in the loop and knowing who to expect at my house. First day they power washed the house and the deck using dog friendly chemicals I might add. It looked fantastic!!! Like a brand new house and deck. I was amazed because our deck was in rough shape, I didn't think it would ever look that good again. We were supposed to have the deck stained a few days later but due to moister in the wood and the rain from Ida the staining was delayed by a week but to no fault of Garrett's. When they were able to come out to stain I got the same notification as I did the first day. The crew was at our house all day! The crew was very hard working and nice. They cleaned up all their mess and more importantly they kept the paint spatter on the patio below to a minimum. Last but probably most importantly I'd like to point out that every time someone from Garrett's was on our property and went through our gate that they made sure to shut it behind them. I know this doesn't sound like a lot but our gate is not in the best shape and requires two bungee cords. Each time they not only shut the gate but put the cords back on, even when I had left the gate open before they got there. It's a small thing but it means so much to me. I highly recommend Garrett's, great communication, great customer service and great work at a reasonable price!!

I couldn't have been more impressed with his amazing work and work ethics. Showed up early and got started immediately. We requested 3 areas to be cleaned prior to moving in several months. First we have a 2 story house and it's been about 4 years since we last had it cleaned. We had a huge back double deck and wrapped around our pool and then a very large patio. Robert was on time for the two day job. We talked about things like grease on the concrete that may not come all the out and I understand and was ok. I was very impressed and very happy so I would highly recommend Robert. I was just as happy with price he gave me.
