Once the team was assigned communication was often and I could ask any question to the installers. I highly recommend them. The only dig I would have is Mr. Hensley's communication is a little spotty in that he reads emails and texts, but responding is not quick. But he is reading it. I would us Hensley again. They are local company small business and have been in business for 60+ years. They are doing something correct.

Roof Doctor was quick and easy to work with!…read more I reached out for a quote for some much needed repairs to the gutters on our duplex and spots on the roof that had suffered some storm damage. Of the two companies I reached out to, Roof Doctor came in with the best quote, and Tim was knowledgeable about ways to address our needs without redoing the entire roof. He also helped us with our insurance company get the maximum amount back for the storm repairs. His team was able to come out shortly after we came together on the quote, and they were easy to work with when we decided to also move a downspout and replace the fascia board along one side. We had one issue where we asked them to come back and cover a hole in the siding, which they helped with. I hope we don't need any more roofing services anytime soon, but I would reach out to Roof Doctor if I do.

I have been using Middletown Roofing for decades without complaint. They have done new roofs,…read morereplacement roofs and repairs for me on seal houses. All new roofs are warranted. Repairs are not because fixing one spot doesn't guarantee new leaks won't start elsewhere. Very few companies provide roof repairs at all these days. Middletown is the only company that has ever evaluated my roofs and said "No, you do not need a new roof at this time". I had a repair done today. I needed two shingles replaced that had come loose. Three other companies, who were trolling my neighborhood, told me I needed a 40,000+ roof replacement because of wind/hail damage. Middletown came, examined my roof and replaced the two shingles. I had extra shingles in my basement, I did not have hail or wind damage!! They are courteous and timely with their repairs. Very Highly Recommended Slainte

They do not take care of warranty on roofs…read moredone with the previous owner of the company I wanted 3 shingles put back on that had blown off during a wind storm I also inquired about having my chimney completely covered with a piece of copper sheeting and they came back with a price of $3,500.00 because they were going to have to replace the flashing around the chimney tuck point and then a new cap on top when I said I needed to wait on the chimney portion until I was able to save the money for it would he go ahead and reattach the 3 shingles for me for what ever he thought was a fair price and the guy said no I would have to do everything on the estimate I was shocked so I sent him on his way I decided I was going to do it so I climbed up the ladder and although scared sh??less I did it and earned $3,500.00 in about 15 minutes lol

The first day, they removed all of the old insulation in my 85 yr old home attic. They taped and draped everything and when they left everything was fairly clean. The second day they returned to spray and again taped and draped everything. There was only minimal dust to vacuum. I received text messages throughout the process. The site was visited each day by a supervisor and I had no issues with the work. I wanted to post my experience because it was very different than the 1 star from 2021. Hope this helps someone when choosing a company for insulation.

After I called to inquire about insulation, I quickly scheduled an appointment for an appraisal…read more The salesperson assessed my house from the outside and examined both the basement and the attic. He explained the plan for the installation and provided a cost estimate. I then made an appointment for the insulation installation. The crew arrived five minutes early. The lead technician introduced himself and his team, giving an overview of what they would be doing. I directed them to enter through the back door to access the attic hatch in the hallway. They covered the walls, floor, and door openings with plastic to contain the mess. A step ladder was set up, and two crew members installed the vents. Aside from one team member conversing with another in the attic periodically, you wouldn't have known they were there. After the installation, the crew member in the attic showed me how the attic looked with the new insulation. The attic now looked as if it were covered in snow. He removed the plastic, and then they left. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of insulation and would rate them a perfect 10.
