Maybe I should be happy about that. Now I understand people drop stuff on the floor and don't pick it up. This is more than that. The dryers had a place to use your debit card, which I guess is handy, but they put a $10 hold on your account. Something that surprised me was that you had to pay 25¢ more for warm water, and 50¢ more for hot water. I've never seen that before. A very yucky experience.
