When my wife reiterated the conversation she had at the drop off, he said that didn't happen. He admitting not tagging the items and that they have been sitting there for a long time, when asked, could get them done soon he said no way. I am a business owner and I understand mistakes happen what is unacceptable is the extreme rudeness and attitude to my wife and also the unwillingness to try and come to a conclusion. Voices were never raised on our part and we offered them extra time and we were never rude. They on the other hand did not tag the items, told us and then reconfirmed the due date and then had the audacity to be extremely rude. A few other things to know if you come here: * It seemed like half of the machines were out of order, so finding an open machine can get stressful if you don't have time to wait around. * But there are several high capacity machines, so that can help you get several loads done at once. * You need quarters for all the machines. They don't take credit cards. I quickly worked through the quarters I had brought with me, and my husband dropped by to give me $20 to finish. * There is a quarter machine, though, if you have cash. * This spot had some chairs so you have a place to sit while you wait. There are also some tables for folding too, but like with the machines, you might have to jump on an empty one fast. Again, it got the job done. I was able to finish my laundry. Jim seen that i had a bent pulley that caused belts to keep wearing down fast. He was able to fix it for me. The car I had back then was 20+ years old.
