Signs say they are renovating to improve service. The place is clean, but there are areas where construction may be underway.

If you want customers to return...try a different approach. Customer Service...maybe not. Rule #1...Make it right with the customer...THEN ask questions. Calling a customer a liar to their face won't make people want to come back. Having managed Hardware stores and Rental depts. I've walked in their shoes. They are simply doing it wrong!

It has to be under staffed, laziness or something else! I think the owners of Don Johnson have no clue how mismanaged this service department is or they would solve this issue immediately. Finally, the owner begrudgingly told an employee to remove it. What I didn't know, until launching the boat was that they purposely reversed the battery terminals so the boat wouldn't start! I know it was purposely because the boat ran fine (but loud) that morning when I took it out of the lake to go back to John's. Terrible business!! Side note: I went back to get my old exhaust bellows back. Owner immediately said they threw it away & dumpster was picked up. But the woman in the office found it within seconds "here it is!".
