The place they sent it to didn't have it anymore (I called them), so I went back in and Hour Glass couldn't find the ticket up front in the folder, a box, or in the back room. After some more standing around being upset the agent looked over at a stack of rugs and saw it immediately. There are obviously some problems with their tracking systems.
