It's clean, has free WiFi, a sitting area, vending machines, and restrooms. Both the washers and dryers look brand new and are made by Speed Queen. They accept payment via Apple/Android Pay, their app (which I did not use) or coins. My loads came out clean and fresh and I was in and out in about an hour. (30 min for wash and 30 for dry) they have small machines and dryers all they way up to massive size. They're open from 5a to 1a daily. If only my other laundromat experiences were this seamless. I just had a sportcoat repaired that had a rip in the sleeve. I COULD NOT tell at the time when I picked it up where the repair was! Yes, it sometimes takes a while to get the garments back, but each time I was given a date when I dropped off the garment and it was ready when I showed up to pick it up. I don't care as much about the time. I'm not really able to use the articles anyway, since they needed repairs or alterations, and the timeframe has always been within reason. I brought it up, from Bloomington, and anticipated that I would have to leave it for a repair or that it couldn't be repaired; it is about 48 years old. Dan looked at it and thought it might be the capacitor, which it almost always is, and that is no longer made for this older model. I was devastated, but he then thought it could be the foot control pedal; he opened the old one and found that it had a hole in the rubber balloon in it, not a common issue. He had one on stock; we hooked it to machine and it worked like a charm. I was so happy and told him that it made my weekend. I bought the new pedal and got to take my trusty machine home with me. Yeah! I highly recommend this shop and if I do ever need a repair, I will bring it 150 miles, again. Thanks Dan

I was really hoping that there would have been an APC machine here, but the clerk advised that they had to pull the machine out years ago. Basically because this location doesn't do enough volume to warrant a machine. Boo.... the machines are convenient. Anyways... cute, small... slightly retro Post Office.

We were out of town for a week and had our mail held. I was expecting a package that was not…read moredelivered when mail resumed. The package had tracking and the tracking indicated that first delivery was attempted and then when they realized the error, it was returned to the post office to be held. Both my husband and I talked with the supervisor at Mount Royal who was no help. He called the carrier who insisted that the package had been delivered, but our video camera indicates that the package was not among the items being delivered and it was not with that mail when I picked it up from my porch. The supervisor tried to convince me that the package couldn't be scanned because there were lines on the scanning area, though it obviously had been scanned when first received as the tracking was updated. They offered no recourse for tracking down the package, and told my husband to contact the police as it must have been stolen. I asked if it was possible that the package was still at the post office and the supervisor said "maybe" but didn't offer to instigate a search. Basically they took the word of the carrier over the evidence of my camera and my word. Very poor service. Unfortunately, as the only option at this time is the post office, I recommend going private so that there is some accountability.
