They kept me and my family informed on every change or update when it was necessary. Zero Rating!!! This place is a joke. There are people who come to your home who are completely untrained, nearly incompetent. They ask many questions that should be common sense. What kind of business has the owner doing house calls. Ill tell you what kind, a run down business. If I was the owner I would just shut my doors. Recently they sent me a increase letter that says they are increasing cost so they can train their staff. As IF I am supposed to cover your overhead. I have a large family, my husband and I plus our 5 kids. We both work full time and there is just not enough hours in the day to maintain a clean and tidy household. Jennifer did a fantastic job cleaning and creating a refreshed environment in my home! I found the most unique touch in my master bathroom where she tied a bow in my TP.
