One of the businesses is the Maven Create space, which is a co-working and small gathering space. I love that these have begun popping up-they encourage community and collaboration. Amazing Months we spent with another agent from another company and got no where . After 3 days with this team I was seeing many homes and getting so much information on what to look for , the area, value, comparison, putting offers in, and guidance from Monica on what to look for and her personal advise and the teams advise on the homes. They made sure I didn't invest time in homes I wasn't interested in or didn't have what I was looking for they weeded out the bad ones and sent me so many wonderful homes and townhomes.. Now I'm in my home and feels so good.

I've had the opportunity to attend a couple meetings or workshops here and it's got a great vibe!…read moreThe Shop is a co-working space, which is a new trend we've seen take off in the last decade, and really boom after Covid. Since more people are working remotely, the definition of "the office" has changed and is now much more collaborative and flexible. The Shop does a nice job of accommodating different work styles in this one location. You can work out in the open space if you prefer to be around other people. If you need a bit more privacy, there are smaller areas where you can work or take calls without bothering those around you. There are board rooms with conference tables that you can reserve for meetings too. There's a centrally located kitchen area where you can grab food or drinks and catch up on the latest office gossip. The nice thing is that since there are so many different organizations represented, there's no shortage of gossip! My only hang-up with this location is the parking. It's near Trax, which is wonderful, but if you drive your vehicle, you'll be paying for parking and walking a little. Not terrible, but for a facility that's meant to bring people from all over together, it's a bit of a challenge with the parking. Otherwise, if you're in the market for a shared work space this one is worth considering.

Dishes are placed in the gray bins inside the kitchen. People there were welcoming and asked if I was a new member after introducing themselves to me. Some phone calls were a little loud but they have a variety of meetings rooms if you need a quiet space. Location is convenient, near a bunch of restaurants for an easy DoorDash order. Looking into a new apartment for my mother, we were immediately and pleasantly greeted by Leonardo and Brian. Leonardo took the lead and quickly showed us a model apartment of exactly what we were looking for. He asked the right questions and was genuinely looking out for my mom's best interest. He advised us on a few pointers on how and when to get the best price in rentals. After showing us the amenities around the property, we were so interested that we asked to see what units were going to be available in the time we needed. We found the two bedroom that we needed, filled out an application online which was quick, easy, and user friendly. Leonardo was amazing through the entire process! We are super excited to move in!

The community is one of the best parts -- there's a great mix of creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and remote workers, which makes collaboration and networking easy and natural. The meeting rooms are well-equipped, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the food station is always stocked and inviting. I also appreciated how quiet and focused the space stayed during the workday, yet there were still plenty of opportunities to connect. Overall, Salt Mine truly supports both individual work and team collaboration. What went well: * Inspiring, well-designed space * Supportive staff and community * Reliable Wi-Fi and great amenities * Productive, professional environment * Easy access and parking Highly recommend Salt Mine to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and motivating place to work.

Long gone are the days of cubicles with assigned seating, corner offices-or any offices at all- for that matter. Many people recently have shifted their working environments to being remote-whether that be at home, on the road or a temporary space. This dynamic setup can be challenging when you need to have a team meeting, conference or need a space with reliable WiFi if your home office is not available. Kiln is the perfect solution for that! You can rent space for very short term (a meeting for the day) or longer term space if needed. Everything you could need is included, and you don't have to do anything except show up and get your work done. One of my favorite things about this location is the beautiful decor and ambiance. It's trendy and modern, not like working in a dreary office building with no personality. And places like this tend to attract similar type people-so you're likely to interact with some cool folks. Bonus points for being right downtown in the Gateway-plenty of eating and entertainment options nearby!

They're friendly, professional, and always looking for ways to be collaborative--often making connections that create real opportunities for growth. What stands out most is how consistently they go above and beyond. I was working late this week preparing for a board meeting and had my little one with me. A Kiln staff member, Karina, asked if she could grab her a snack. I was so focused I almost missed the gesture--but moments later she returned with a full plate of apples, peanut butter, cashews, and dried mango. My daughter was thrilled. It was such a small, thoughtful act, and it genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. It's moments like this that make Kiln feel human. It's a community of people who really care, not just an office space. As we prepare for an incoming intern who uses a wheelchair, Chad, Kiln's director, has been proactive and thoughtful in helping us plan for the right ADA accommodations. And when it comes to events, Meredith is a dream to work with--consistently helping us create successful experiences. If you're looking for office space, I can't recommend Kiln enough.
