It's now a marketplace with an open space filled with sofas, benches, chairs, tables, coffee shop, tattoo shop, plant store from what I recalled. People can rent out the space to hold social / community events there, too. I ended up staying for a few hours after visiting the bookstore to participate in an arts+craft activity. I saw people ordering coffee and spending some time there to read &/or socialize. Parking can be found in the streets. Free Saturday and Sunday, but of course, suggest checking the sign. What stands out most is how consistently they go above and beyond. I was working late this week preparing for a board meeting and had my little one with me. A Kiln staff member, Karina, asked if she could grab her a snack. I was so focused I almost missed the gesture--but moments later she returned with a full plate of apples, peanut butter, cashews, and dried mango. My daughter was thrilled. It was such a small, thoughtful act, and it genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. It's moments like this that make Kiln feel human. It's a community of people who really care, not just an office space. As we prepare for an incoming intern who uses a wheelchair, Chad, Kiln's director, has been proactive and thoughtful in helping us plan for the right ADA accommodations. And when it comes to events, Meredith is a dream to work with--consistently helping us create successful experiences. If you're looking for office space, I can't recommend Kiln enough.

You have to get a year, despite their misleading website (see screenshot). I need to work remotely for the next month, and my options are pretty bad. I have two kids at home, libraries open at 10 AM, coffee shops suck, and this place isn't as-advertised. Edit: After calling the corp office, apparently you CAN do a 5 or 10 day pass. Still one star because my experience with Regus so far has been terrible.
